Advocate Anjali Awasthi On Starlife Thursday 10th July 2025 Written Episode Update
Ganesh, unable to understand Anjali’s recent decisions, confronts her with concern and confusion, asking what exactly is going on. Anjali stands her ground, declaring with conviction that she has no intention of going back to the Rajput mansion. Sapna questions her defiance, implying that it goes against the values they raised her with. But Anjali counters fiercely, saying that Raghav has never truly accepted her as his daughter-in-law and insists this sudden display of tradition is nothing more than a ploy to keep her from attending court. She challenges Sapna to see through the setup, making it clear that while she can tolerate many things, giving up her identity as an advocate is not one of them. Ganesh tries to calm her, asking if she’s done something wrong. He praises her for doing her duty as a lawyer but reminds her of the expectations placed on her as a daughter-in-law too. Anjali, unmoved, says that perhaps going to her in-laws’ house was never in her fate. At that moment, Sapna receives a phone call from Nandini. On the call, Nandini complains that although Anjali completed the Griha Pravesh ceremony, she caused chaos in their home. She reminds Sapna that both Anjali and Ginni became part of their family without their blessing, yet they were still accepted. Now, as a Rajput daughter-in-law, Anjali is expected to perform the traditional first kitchen ritual the next day. Nandini pressures Sapna for a promise, and though hesitant, Sapna agrees.

Aman later questions Sapna about the promise. She admits that she assured Nandini Anjali would attend the ritual. Anjali, feeling betrayed, lashes out, upset that Sapna made such a commitment without even consulting her. She warns again that it’s all a calculated trap. But Sapna stands firm, insisting she gave her word and expects Anjali to honor it. Frustrated, Anjali calls Raghav. Under Nandini’s watchful influence, Raghav formally addresses her as his daughter-in-law. Anjali directly accuses him of manipulating the situation—keeping her tangled in domestic customs so she can’t appear in court. Raghav responds coldly, sidestepping the accusation with biting sarcasm. Later, Anjali opens up to Aman, reminding him that he knows the truth—they aren’t really married. She firmly says she won’t take part in any ritual meant to legitimize something that’s a lie. Aman, ashamed, admits he never thought things would spiral this far. Anjali’s frustration flares at his indecisiveness. Just then, Raghav calls Aman, ordering him to ensure Anjali shows up at the mansion for the ritual. He reminds Aman of all he has sacrificed for him and demands loyalty in return before cutting the call.
Not long after, Ganesh informs Anjali that someone from her in-laws’ family has come to see her. She’s surprised to see Abhay at the door. He announces the time and expectations for the ritual and warns that if Anjali doesn’t attend, the family will consider her marriage to Aman a sham. Ganesh steps in, telling Abhay to be careful with his words. While he acknowledges Aman’s mistake, he fiercely defends Anjali’s character and assures Abhay that she will attend the ritual. With a smug look, Abhay accepts the promise and leaves. But Anjali’s decision is already made—she will go to the Rajput mansion, not to comply with their customs, but to disrupt Ginni’s marriage in return.
The next morning, Chandrabhan calls Raghav to remind him that Yuvraj’s bail depends on Anjali’s absence from court. Raghav confidently assures him she won’t make it, banking on Sapna’s promise and the first kitchen ritual. Chandrabhan makes a pointed remark about how Anjali once humiliated him in court and warns Raghav not to underestimate her again.
UPCOMING
Anjali shocks everyone by appearing in court and successfully proving Yuvraj’s guilt. She demands the judge deliver punishment. Just then, Raghav clutches his chest, pretending to have a heart attack and pleads for the hearing to be postponed. The judge grants an adjournment to the next day. Raghav sneers at Anjali, declaring that—for today at least—a father-in-law has triumphed over his daughter-in-law.
