Sapna completes her Karva Chauth fast and asks Ganesh to break it for her. At that moment, Aman calls Sapna’s phone. She steps away to take the call. Aman tells her he’s been fasting for Anjali’s long life and wants to break his fast through Sapna’s hands, requesting that she and Ganesh move aside. Sapna calls Ganesh inside, saying he has a phone call.

When Ganesh leaves, Aman appears before Anjali and reveals he fasted for her wellbeing. Anjali says he’s crazy, explaining that women fast for their husbands’ long lives, not the other way around. Aman begs her to give him water or he’ll faint. Anjali reluctantly feeds him water to complete the ritual.
All the couples perform the fast-breaking rituals. Ginni asks Abhay to break her fast since she’s been hungry all morning. She reminds him she broke her fast with his photo last time and pleads that he do it properly this time. Abhay coldly states he’ll only break Anjali’s fast, not Ginni’s. He throws Ginni’s puja thali on the ground and leaves for Anjali’s house.
Ginni calls Sapna in tears, saying Abhay humiliated her and left. Sapna also cries and declares she’ll return all the bribe money tomorrow. When Ginni asks what she means, Sapna says she remembers now that she’s Ganesh’s wife who lived with dignity, and wants to be a loyal mother to Anjali rather than Ginni’s corrupt daughter. She tells Anjali to attend the court hearing and get justice for Padma.
Anjali studies the legal charges against Yuvraj and prepares for court. Ginni arrives and begs Anjali to stop seeking revenge and drop the case. Despite Ginni’s emotional blackmail attempts, Anjali remains firm in her decision.

Raghav asks the judge to dismiss the case, pointing out that the complainant and her lawyer have not arrived for the hearing. Just then, Anjali and Padma arrive at the court.
