The episode opens with Anupama confronting Gautam, scolding Prathana for silently enduring his mistreatment for so long. She reminds Prathana that as a modern woman, she has every right to stand up for herself instead of fearing Gautam. Gautam, however, accuses Anupama of brainwashing her daughter. Undeterred, Anupama urges him to reflect on the years of pain and suffering Prathana has endured. Confident and dismissive, Gautam believes she won’t ruin her daughter’s wedding. But Anupama makes it clear that Prathana’s dignity is far more important than any ceremony, and she insists that Prathana prepare to confront him and reveal the truth.

Meanwhile, the family scrambles to find Anupama, only to see her dragging Gautam to the wedding venue. Parag demands an explanation, and in front of the assembled guests, Anupama exposes Gautam’s wrongdoings, revealing his abusive treatment of both Prathana and Rahi. Furious, Prem confronts Gautam, and despite Anil and Raja trying to calm him, he insists on calling the police. Anupama passionately speaks about the societal pressures that keep women, even wealthy ones, silent. Khyati recalls Prathana’s past confessions, reinforcing the gravity of the situation.
Ansh, Rahi, and Anupama stand united against Gautam, but Parag refuses to believe the accusations. He dismisses the guests, while Anil manages the media to prevent further chaos. Parag orders Anupama to stop speaking, but she voices her disappointment that Prathana’s own family had been unaware of her suffering. She stresses that a girl’s parental home should be a source of support, not neglect, and questions why families rarely check whether their daughters are truly happy in their marriages.
Feigning innocence, Gautam cunningly manipulates the Kotharis, denying all allegations and claiming that Anupama and Rahi are seeking revenge. He justifies his actions by claiming he exposed Rahi’s father’s past and accuses Anupama of holding a personal grudge. He also adds that Prem is angry because Parag refused to invest in his business. Seizing the moment, Gautam challenges the family to hear the truth from Prathana herself.
Under immense pressure, Prathana hesitates. Even as Anupama, Rahi, and others urge her to speak, fear overwhelms her. Ultimately, she sides with Gautam, insisting that everyone has misunderstood the situation. Anupama and Ansh are left shocked and heartbroken as Prathana refuses to stand up for herself.
