The episode opens with Moti Baa pointedly ignoring Anupama, who quietly recalls her past with Anuj. Sitting with Hasmuk, she admits that it feels like just yesterday when she married Anuj, yet here she is now—already preparing for Rahi’s wedding. The thought still feels unreal to her. During the ceremony, the priest asks Prathana to tie the gathbandhan for Prem and Rahi. Gautam also encourages her to perform the ritual, but Prem insists that Pari should be the one, leaving Moti Baa visibly offended. Anupama quickly steps in, calming the situation and persuading Prem to let Prathana do it. With a warm smile, she explains its importance, and Prathana finally ties the knot, blessing the couple as Prem and Rahi beam with excitement for their big moment.

Meanwhile, Moti Baa vents to Parag, accusing Anupama of trying to win Prathana over just like she did Prem. Parag worries that once Rahi enters the family, she might try to control the household. But Moti Baa asserts with full confidence that no matter what happens, she will always remain the true head of the Kothari house. Hasmuk quietly observes the ongoing tension, while Anupama grows concerned for Rahi’s future in her new home. As the wedding continues, Anupama joins Parag and Khyati in the rituals. The priest begins preparing Prem and Rahi for their vows. Anupama lovingly explains the meaning behind each vow, while Moti Baa stresses the importance of the pheras in a traditional Gujarati wedding. With Anupama’s guidance, Prem and Rahi walk around the sacred fire, taking their vows, while Paritosh and Ansh perform supporting rituals. Even in this joyous moment, Anupama’s mind drifts to Anuj, her heart heavy with memories.
The priest then instructs Prem to apply sindoor to Rahi’s hairline and place the mangalsutra around her neck. With Anupama’s gentle help, Prem completes the ritual, officially marrying Rahi. The newlyweds then bow to seek blessings. Moti Baa sternly reminds Rahi of her duties as the new daughter-in-law of the Kothari family. However, when Prem refuses to touch Parag and Khyati’s feet, Anupama firmly urges him to do so. The couple also turns to Anuj for his blessings, and Anupama advises them both to embrace their responsibilities while remaining true to themselves.
Mahi congratulates the couple warmly, while Leela announces that the next ritual is about to begin. Just then, Pari and Ishani return Prem’s stolen shoe, playfully teasing him to always keep Rahi happy. Moti Baa acknowledges their role in the wedding customs and gifts them both. Soon after, Ansh gathers everyone for a family picture, but Moti Baa insists that the vidai should not be delayed. Anupama, growing emotional, confides in Anuj as she prepares to send Rahi off. With tears in her eyes, she recites a heartfelt poem, pouring out her feelings as she braces herself for Rahi’s farewell.
Later, Anupama checks on the shubhasan (sacred mat), assuming Paritosh has kept it safely aside. To her shock, it’s missing. She and Paritosh quietly search for it, desperately trying to hide the matter from Baa. But when Moti Baa finds out, she lashes out at Anupama, scolding her harshly for her carelessness and questioning her worth as a mother.
