The episode opens with Anupama lost in her memories of Anuj, deeply missing him as she recalls their first Valentine’s Day together. She speaks softly to herself, expressing her love and confusion over why he broke his promise to grow old with her. Despite feeling hurt and betrayed, she remains determined to confront him when they meet again. Anuj still holds a special place in her heart, and she continues to wait patiently, hoping he will return. At the same time, Rahi and Prem visit their new flat, with Prem explaining that he wants them to get familiar with their home before their wedding day. As they walk through the space, Rahi thinks about Khyati’s earlier request and nervously asks Prem if he will always support her, even if they disagree in the future. Prem reassures her with a gentle smile that he will stand by her no matter what. Their moment is interrupted by a call from Anupama, prompting Rahi to decide to head back home.

Meanwhile, Anupama prepares anxiously as the Kothari family arrives for the first time since the marriage alliance was finalized. The Shah family bustles with excitement, ready to host their guests. Hasmuk helps Leela dye her hair, while Pakhi questions why they’re bothering to entertain the Kotharis when they clearly can’t match their wealth. Anupama firmly reminds her that this isn’t a competition; they will simply host the visitors with grace and within their means. Nearby, Leela’s neighbors offer their support for the upcoming wedding, and Leela proudly mentions that Vasundhara Kothari is a close friend. Back with Rahi and Prem, the couple feels hopeful about the changes coming to their lives after the alliance. Elsewhere, Raja tries to engage with Ishani, but she clearly finds him annoying. Kinjal soon learns that Pakhi has been pushing Ishani to pay attention to Raja. When Kinjal confronts her, Pakhi defensively claims she’s doing nothing wrong and advises Kinjal to stop interfering and focus on Pari instead.
At the Shah house, Parag hesitates to join the lunch, but Moti Baa insists he must, so he can see for himself how well Anupama manages the catering. The families come together warmly, and Anupama invites everyone to join in prayer. Meanwhile, Prem looks around for Rahi. Moti Baa hands Anupama a detailed list, causing Prem to question why she needs to know every little thing. Anupama pushes back, asking why Prem feels the need to question her every move. Soon, Prem asks Pari about Rahi’s whereabouts, and she points him in the right direction. When Prem and Rahi finally reunite, they savor their precious time together.

The Kotharis arrive at the Shah house for the ritual, while Anupama prays for everything to proceed smoothly. Rahi secretly hides a letter for Prem inside a kachori and asks Pari to deliver it. However, Anupama serves that very kachori to Parag by mistake, who finds the letter and becomes furious.
