Anupama 7th August 2025 Written Update Starlife
The episode opens with Anupama acknowledging Parag’s point that Anu Ki Rasoi is much smaller than the Kothari empire, but she expresses confidence that her venture will grow. She reminds them that even the Kotharis likely started from scratch and urges Parag to bless Prem and Rahi instead of viewing them as competition. Rahi echoes her words, assuring Parag they’re eager to learn and improve. Parag accepts the challenge to see if Prem can truly handle business. Meanwhile, Khyati notices Baa’s unease, and Anupama overhears Baa worrying that Prem might leave the house if he continues working with Rahi.

Feeling emotional, Anupama thinks about Anuj and his unwavering love, believing he’d be happy seeing Rahi’s wedding celebration. Rahi then informs Anupama about Gautam’s misconduct and how she slapped him. Meanwhile, Parag thanks Gautam for staying composed in front of Prem, as Leela questions Parag’s hesitance to invest. Parag says Prem was simply supporting Anupama, then instructs Gautam to keep watch on Rahi and Prem in case they find a potential investor. Gautam still seethes over being slapped by Rahi.
Anupama is upset that Rahi kept Gautam’s actions hidden and is further shocked to learn Prarthana stopped her from speaking up. She expresses anger at Gautam and hopes Prarthana finds the courage to stand against him. When Rahi insists that Prarthana should take a stand, Anupama explains that girls like her often struggle to speak out. She urges Rahi to be patient and support Prarthana, warning her not to act impulsively. Rahi agrees and asks Anupama to stand by her.
Prarthana tries to approach Parag but is silenced when he starts praising Gautam. She walks away, realizing he will never believe the truth. Meanwhile, Rahi and Prem plan their bachelor party, but Mahi disapproves. Ishani, however, encourages them to go ahead with their plan, ignoring Mahi’s concerns.
Elsewhere, Kinjal and Paritosh worry about Pari’s future and hope she meets the right partner. Anupama visits Baa, who warns her to remain alert during the wedding events, leaving Anupama unsettled. Later, Rahi is shocked to learn that the boys have invited a girl to their bachelor party, and she quickly gathers the other women to confront them at the Kothari mansion.
