Anupama On Starlife Friday 13th June 2025 Written Episode Update
Prem tells Rahi that if he can’t have the love he wants, then he’s ready to live with its pain. He says just like she’s stubborn, he is too—just as she couldn’t be his, he can’t be Mahi’s either. Rahi tries to reason with him, saying if something happens to Mahi, their mother won’t be able to handle it. She pleads with him to agree, but Prem gently pulls his hand away, refusing.

Back at the Shah house, Baa lashes out at Anupama for letting a young man stay in the house. She sarcastically says Anupama must want to turn the place into a dharamshala. Toshu adds that if anything had gone wrong, they would’ve been blamed. Dolly says even Kavya might’ve had them arrested. Anupama finally snaps and asks them all to stop taunting her. She points out that if they truly cared about Mahi, they would’ve at least gone to see her or asked how she was doing. Baa insists that they do care, but Anupama isn’t convinced. Ansh blames Prem, but Anupama defends him, saying she’s seen the way Mahi is crazy about him. She insists that Prem didn’t do anything wrong. Mahi’s feelings stem from her age and emotional immaturity. She adds that Mahi isn’t at fault either—it’s just a delicate phase.
Pakhi bluntly says that Prem is playing with both Rahi and Mahi’s feelings and urges Anupama to question Rahi about it. Rahi overhears this and warns Pakhi not to push her into saying something she’ll regret. She firmly tells her not to blame their mother for everything. Anupama, trying to calm things down, says she’ll speak to Mahi when things settle and instructs everyone not to say anything to her until then.
Later, Rahi finds Anupama deep in worry. Anupama confesses that she feels completely helpless. She only wants to give Mahi happiness, but doesn’t know how. She wonders if maybe Prem does have feelings for Mahi and said those things in anger. She asks Rahi if she’s overheard anything—any sign that Prem might actually care for Mahi. She’s convinced that Prem is not the kind of guy who would mess with anyone’s feelings. What haunts her most is the sight of Mahi trying to drown herself while pushing Rahi away so she couldn’t stop her. She breaks down, saying she should have spoken to Prem when Mahi asked her to. Now she’s afraid of what might happen. Rahi tries to comfort her, gives her water, and makes her eat something. Anupama eventually rests her head on Rahi’s lap, and Rahi softly sings a lullaby to calm her.
When Anupama wakes up, she wants to go see Mahi, but Rahi insists she’ll check on her instead. Anupama thanks her. Rahi walks quietly into Mahi’s room and sees her asleep. She gently says that everything will be okay and that she’ll get Prem. She even says that Kanha ji also wants her to be with him. With a soft smile, Rahi places a brooch next to Mahi’s pillow and strokes her head with affection, becoming emotional.
Prem returns home and goes to check on Anupama. She’s resting, but stirs awake and sees him sitting there. She asks if he’s planning to leave for good and wishes him happiness if that’s what he’s chosen. Tears fill Prem’s eyes, and he rests his head on her lap. She tells him she knows he never meant to hurt anyone. He never tried to make Mahi fall for him—he always treated her the same way he treats Pari, Ishu, and Ansh. Anupama agrees, saying his behavior was the same, but others treated Mahi differently, which made her misunderstand his intentions. She admits she doesn’t want him to leave, but she doesn’t know how to stop him either. She again wishes him happiness.
Prem turns to leave but suddenly stops, remembering what Rahi had said to him. He asks Anupama if he can talk to Mahi. He says he understands the pain of loving someone and not being loved in return. Anupama nods and gives him permission. As he walks away, she folds her hands and prays to Kanha ji, asking for the right thing to happen. Rahi comes over and hugs her, still hopeful. She says maybe Prem does like Mahi—after all, friendship is the first step toward love. She says Mahi is so full of life and love, how could anyone not fall for her? Anupama listens quietly, but she’s still worried. She says she just doesn’t want Prem or Mahi to go through anything wrong. Rahi urges her to stay positive and prays that Prem doesn’t break their hopes.
Meanwhile, Prem walks toward Mahi’s room. He sees her sitting alone, upset, silently tearing a teddy bear. He thinks back to everything that’s happened and tells himself to stay strong. He knocks gently and calls her name. Elsewhere, Anupama reflects that people always talk about how much girls suffer in love, but no one acknowledges that even boys feel pain. She says Prem is innocent, yet burdened with guilt. If anything had happened to Mahi, it would’ve destroyed him too. She says no one can be forced to love someone, and guilt should never be the reason to continue a relationship. Breaking someone’s heart isn’t easy, especially when you care about them, but sympathy is not love.
Inside the room, Prem sits in front of Mahi and places some money beside her. He says he’s giving her sadqa so that nothing bad happens to her. He looks defeated as he tells her that he never understood what his mistake was or when things went wrong. He says he doesn’t know when her feelings changed, but he’s still sorry for it. Mahi says she doesn’t know when she fell for him either—she just did. She tells him she can’t imagine her life without him, that her entire world begins and ends with him. But Prem, with pain in his voice, apologizes again and tells her that he never had those feelings for her. He says he’s sorry if she mistook his actions, but his heart was never involved. Mahi breaks down, asking what’s wrong with her that he can’t love her. Prem finally raises his voice and tells her to stop.

Baa tells Anupama that she will never accept this relationship, and warns her that if anything goes wrong in Mahi’s marriage, she will be held responsible. Pakhi adds that Anupama will get into serious trouble. Meanwhile, Prem wipes tears from Rahi’s eyes. Anupama questions Prem—if he doesn’t love Mahi, then why did he agree? Was it out of choice or pressure? She places his hand on her head and firmly asks him to tell the truth.
