Anupama On Starlife Friday 25th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Prem showing Rahi the flat where they plan to live after marriage. The two of them are filled with emotion as they sing “Dekho Maine Dekha Hai Ek Sapna,” cherishing their shared dream and the bond they’ve built. Meanwhile, Parag opens up to Khyati about his internal struggle. He tells her that he’s been trying to reconnect with Prem but feels misunderstood. Even though he hasn’t said it out loud, he’s truly happy that Prem is back. However, he fears that in his absence, Prem might end up taking over the business. He worries that if Prem leaves again, he won’t be able to bear it and pleads with Khyati to help prevent that. Khyati gently comforts him, assuring him that she’ll do what she can. Later, Prem asks Rahi if they can spend the night at the Shah house. At the same time, Khyati pleads with Prem not to go, reminding him of how much his presence means to Parag and Moti Baa. Her words make Prem question whether everyone has been keeping track of his every move. He points out that although Khyati works for Parag, she’s behaving more like his assistant. Meanwhile, Anupama learns that Prem and Rahi plan to live on their own after the wedding, which leaves her concerned.

Meeta, growing suspicious, confronts Khyati and questions why she’s so focused on Prem’s life. Khyati explains that her actions are driven by maternal love—she’s just trying to bring him back home and won’t give up until he returns to the family. Anupama, now aware of Prem’s decision, confronts him directly. She tries to understand why he would want to distance himself after the marriage. Hasmuk and Leela also challenge his decision, and Paritosh wonders why anyone would leave behind a life of luxury for a modest flat. Leela goes a step further, accusing Prem of creating unnecessary conflict between the two families. Prem takes a moment to explain himself to Anupama, saying that his choice isn’t about turning his back on anyone—it’s about creating a space where he and Rahi can grow together. Kinjal points out how hard it is to adjust without the support of family, especially after having a child. Prem assures Anupama that he’ll always look after Rahi and keep her happy, but Anupama reminds him that marriage doesn’t absolve him of his responsibilities toward his family. Tensions escalate when Moti Baa blames both Anupama and Rahi for influencing Prem’s decision. In response, Prem accuses Moti Baa of faking her illness and breaking his trust. He firmly tells her that although the wedding will take place in the Kothari house, he plans to move out right after. Baa believes Anupama could have persuaded him to stay, but instead, she let him go.
Hasmuk questions Prem’s decision to embrace a middle-class lifestyle, and Pakhi, out of frustration, suggests that Parag should adopt them as a way of punishing Prem. Leela is clearly disappointed in Prem’s choices, while Pakhi decides to bring Ishani to live in Parag’s house. Amid all this, Rahi speaks to Anupama and confides that she wants to reunite Prem with his family. Anupama responds with honesty, saying that once Rahi and Prem are married, their life and choices are theirs to make. She admits she doesn’t fully understand the Kothari family but agreed to the marriage for Rahi’s happiness.
Later, Khyati meets with Rahi and shares how deeply Parag and Moti Baa care for Prem. She tells Rahi that her biggest wish is to see Parag and Prem mend their relationship. Khyati then urges Rahi to try and convince Prem to stay with the Kotharis after the wedding and not walk away.
UPCOMING
Rahi watches her family carry out Prem’s pre-wedding ritual over a video call. Since her father isn’t present, Moti Baa asks Hasmukh to perform the ceremonial washing of Prem’s feet. Anupama steps in and says she will carry out the ritual on Rahi’s father’s behalf.
