The episode begins with Baa asking Pakhi and Dolly to pack the sweets properly. Dolly wonders if Netaji has invited them as well. Toshu excitedly says he’ll accompany Anupama, styling his hair with gel. Dolly tells Pakhi to curl her hair too. But Pakhi says they should first ask Anupama if she’s even taking them. Toshu tries to hype them up by saying this event could bring more orders and VIP treatment, and jokes that Anupama’s lecture finally worked. Kinjal reminds him how he was earlier yelling at Anupama. Toshu says if she goes alone, she’ll just say thanks and return, but if he goes, he’ll use the chance to promote his business. Anupama walks in and reminds everyone they should be grateful to Netaji for covering Janki Behen’s hospital expenses. She tells Toshu to remove the visiting cards from the sweet boxes. Toshu argues that even Netaji does self-promotion. But Anupama says she doesn’t want to be selfish, even if it means not being the winner.
Elsewhere, Prem worries that neither Rahi nor Anupama has seen his surname. Anupama gently asks him about it, saying she’d like to know about his family, especially for Mahi’s sake. He brushes it off, saying he never searched for his parents. Just then, a young woman named Prarthana arrives and thanks Anupama for saving her life previously. She apologizes for not saying it sooner and introduces herself. Anupama notices some tension and asks if Prarthana and Prem know each other, but both deny it. Anupama, remembering the incident, tells Prarthana she had suspected she might have intentionally tried to end her life. She offers emotional support and says that pain must be shared or it becomes unbearable. Prarthana admits she feels lighter after speaking with her and leaves. Prem follows her, giving Anupama an excuse.
At home, Pakhi brings Kinjal’s luggage and shares that Kinjal received two promotions and is now leaving for a conference. Baa cynically comments that Kinjal no longer values the family. When Kinjal enters, she questions why Pakhi is creating drama. Meanwhile, Prem catches up with Prarthana and asks if she really tried to take her life. She admits she had a weak moment. He hugs her in comfort. Anupama sees them from a distance and is stunned. Prarthana asks Prem to come with her, but he refuses. She leaves, and Anupama hides as Prem walks away.
Later, Kinjal argues with Toshu, who accuses her of having an affair with her boss. Anupama enters, deliberately dropping a trolley on Toshu’s foot. She angrily defends Kinjal, saying despite being unhappy, Kinjal never left him, just like she had stayed in her own broken marriage for Pari’s sake. Anupama says whether anyone trusts Kinjal or not, she does completely. Kinjal breaks down and hugs her.
Meanwhile, Ansh and Pari discover that Rahi is missing. They inform Prem, who tries calling her but finds her phone switched off. Mahi wonders if she went back to Dwarka. Prem rushes out to search for her. Pari informs Anupama, who also tries calling Rahi in vain. Baa asks her to stay calm, but Anupama is clearly worried. She questions the kids but gets no answers. Pakhi cruelly says it’s better if Rahi doesn’t return, but Mahi says that would hurt Anupama. Just then, Prem returns and admits that Rahi left because of him. Before he can say more, Anupama gets a call from Rahi, who asks her to come to the temple. Anupama scolds her over the phone and leaves.
Elsewhere, Ishu and Pakhi get Mahi ready, saying she should look good so Prem won’t think about anyone else. Pakhi jokes that he might propose to her today. They hype Mahi up, calling her “wife material.” After Mahi leaves, Ishu asks if Prem likes her. Pakhi suspects he flirts with both girls and may have a girlfriend elsewhere. She sarcastically adds that if he doesn’t, he might just marry Mahi and leave. She mocks the idea that Rahi or Mahi will find a prince charming, while Ishu says she already has one.
Back at home, Anupama talks to Ansh and says she wants to find out more about the girl Prem met, but she doesn’t even know her surname. Ansh offers to help if she needs anything. Anupama quietly resolves to investigate Prarthana and her connection to Prem.
