Anupama 11th November 2024 Written Episode Update: Anupama Celebrates New Year with a Positive Start

The episode starts with Anupama stepping out of the house and performing Suryanamaskar. She says that today marks their new year. As the sun rises, she completes the ritual and wishes everyone a happy new year. She says although Diwali is over, she hopes this year brings happiness. She asks the Sun to give her “Vitamin H” — happiness — because she wants to spread joy in her own life and others’. She sends a message to everyone, wishing them and asking them to be ready by 8 a.m.
Meanwhile, Ansh, Ishani, Mahi, and Pari worry about the things they had said and feel tense. Anupama talks to Kaveri and Gauri and says people used fewer firecrackers this time, which she likes. She wishes them happy new year. She notices Prem asleep in his jeep. He wakes up and greets her. He says he would have left but stayed back, hoping she would forgive him. He says she can get him beaten by Ansh, bitten by Toshu, or kicked by Kaveri, but he won’t leave until she forgives him. He starts brushing his teeth right there.
Later, everyone gathers in the hall and finds the house beautifully decorated. Anupama greets them with a cheerful “Happy New Year.” She says though their thoughts and views differ, they can still try to meet halfway and build a bridge of understanding. Pakhi comments that this drama will go on forever. Anupama agrees but says they can still try to do something fun and special this New Year. The kids—Ansh, Pari, Mahi, and Ishani—ask if she won’t scold them. She says never again. Toshu and Kinjal joke that they will do the scolding now. The kids explain they were just angry when they said those things.
Pakhi accuses Aadhya of turning the kids against her. Aadhya tells her not to blame her and says this is the result of Pakhi’s own actions. Pakhi calls Aadhya an “imported thorn.” Baa also taunts Aadhya. Anupama silences everyone and pulls out a roll of tape, hinting she will stop the fights one way or another. She says they should celebrate together. They all shake hands to show peace.
Later, Anupama leads everyone in a puja. She explains the importance of the shankh (conch shell) and prays to Lord Krishna for a fresh start and light in their lives. She and Toshu sing a bhajan. Outside, Prem almost enters the house but recalls Anupama’s past words and holds back. He instead goes to a nearby temple and sings a devotional song. Anupama and others hear it. Mahi and Aadhya also join the bhajan. Once it ends, Ansh and Mahi apologize to everyone. Ishani and Pari also apologize to Anupama. Mahi explains that Rahi didn’t know the drink was spiked, or she wouldn’t have let them drink it. Anupama tells them to avoid repeating their mistakes. She gives them paper crowns, but Aadhya doesn’t wear hers.
Anupama tells everyone to put away their phones, which they do. She inflates a balloon happily. Dolly asks why Anupama is so cheerful. Toshu says she wants to reconnect with the children. Anupama then forms two teams for a game. She says all her daughters will be in one team. Aadhya chooses to go to the other team. Anupama says they’ll play a game they played during Toshu’s third birthday. Everyone dances to Prabhu ka naam and joins the game happily.
Anupama declares both teams as winners and announces the next round. Just then, Prem arrives and says he has something to say. He wears a shirt with “Sorry” written on it and holds a placard that also says “Sorry.” Baa mocks him, asking why he looks like a sorry card. Prem apologizes and steps forward, but Toshu tells him to leave. Prem turns to go, but Anupama stops him. Pakhi and Dolly question her decision. Anupama says it wasn’t just Prem’s fault—everyone made mistakes. She warns them that they may not get another chance at forgiveness.
Prem says they should smile and thinks to himself that he doesn’t want to lose this family. Anupama announces that the game will continue, and Prem will now be part of “Oye Oye.” They play the ring game while the song Tu Choti Choti plays in the background. Aadhya and Prem play together, and so do the others.
Anupama then asks if everyone had fun. They all say yes, though they are tired. Prem offers to bring sherbet for everyone. Anupama says that no one lost in today’s games—everyone won. She explains that they won because they played as a team and supported each other. She says, “We played not as ‘I’, but as ‘we’.”

Mahi shows the gifts the girls will give Ansh on Bhai Dooj. Anupama asks Rahi to apply tika to Ansh, saying she may be his fui but sees him as a little brother. Aadhya refuses, saying she won’t pretend. Ishani questions her. Anupama says Aadhya is afraid of forming bonds—it’ll take time. Later, Prem runs after Aadhya. Ansh warns him to stay away from Rahi and the others. Prem says he hasn’t done anything wrong. Ansh says if he had, he would’ve broken his legs. Prem yells and grabs Ansh’s collar.
