Anupama On Starlife Monday 21st July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kinjal voicing her frustration to Anupama over how an issue was unnecessarily blown out of proportion. Anupama, meanwhile, questions the hypocrisy of the Kothari family—how can they accept temple offerings served by Rahi, yet look down on her street food stall? Kinjal begins to wonder if Rahi will ever truly fit in with the Kotharis, given their rigid standards. But Rahi calmly reassures Anupama that she won’t allow herself to be held back or confined, no matter the pressure. At the same time, a grave warning comes from Panditji, who tells Moti Baa that Rahi is not the right match for Prem and may even bring misfortune. Ironically, right after this, Rahi ends up saving Prem from a sudden accident. This act only strengthens Prem’s faith in their connection and his love for her.

Despite the elders’ resistance, Prem is unwavering in his decision to marry Rahi. When Moti Baa insists they must consult horoscopes before taking any step forward, Prem becomes upset and questions her motives. But Rahi steps in and gently encourages Prem to try and see things from Moti Baa’s perspective too. Meanwhile, Hasmukh and Anupama head to the temple, where Anupama makes a startling revelation to the Kotharis—she tells them that Rahi is adopted. The news stuns the family. Yet Anupama doesn’t stop there. She compares her bond with Rahi to that of Lord Krishna and Yashoda Maa, emphasizing that a mother’s love isn’t about blood but about devotion, care, and choice. She pleads with Moti Baa to accept Rahi as one of their own. But Moti Baa refuses to budge. She fixates on Rahi’s orphan status and demands to know her origins before giving any approval. Anupama then opens up about Rahi’s past and her connection with Maya, hoping it will soften Moti Baa’s stance. Still, Moti Baa remains unmoved. That’s when Prem steps forward, fiercely defending Rahi and questioning the family’s selective morals. He demands to know what exactly makes Rahi unworthy of being a part of their family. Anupama, now emotionally charged, turns to Moti Baa and directly asks her—why is Rahi not good enough to marry into the Kothari household?
