Anupama On Starlife Saturday 14th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Dolly expressing her frustration to Baa, saying Anupama still favors Prem despite everything. Toshu joins in, pointing out that Mummy gets angry whenever anyone criticizes Prem. Dolly wonders what kind of spell Prem has cast on Anupama that she can’t see his faults and urges Baa to throw him out. Pakhi adds that Anupama will definitely listen to Baa, and if she wants Prem gone, it can happen. Toshu warns that if Prem gets close to Pari or Ishu, it will be dangerous—after all, he’s just a servant who dares to dream of becoming their son-in-law.

Meanwhile, Prem talks to Mahi, trying to understand her insecurities. He asks why girls lose confidence when someone calls them fat or judges them. He assures her she has no flaws and that maybe the flaws lie in him instead. He firmly tells her not to speak negatively about herself again. Mahi tears up. Prem then opens up, saying he doesn’t love her but he likes her and is willing to try. He’s honest—he can’t promise love, but he can try to build something. He asks if she’s willing to wait for that love. Mahi, emotional, says she loves him and is ready to wait as long as it takes. But Prem’s thoughts are with Rahi and Anupama—he’s doing this for them.
Baa questions Anupama about sending Prem to Mahi’s room, accusing her of becoming too modern. Anupama explains that Prem needed to talk to Mahi. Soon, Mahi walks in with Prem and hugs Anupama, joyfully declaring that Prem will be with her and they’ll get married. Anupama, surprised, asks Prem if it’s true. He nods and assures her he’ll always support Mahi and never hurt her. Anupama thanks him with deep emotion.
Baa, however, is not convinced. She says real life is nothing like the movies—where films end, real life begins. She questions Mahi about her plans for married life. Mahi says she’ll go wherever Prem takes her. Baa brings up Pakhi’s failed love marriage and urges Anupama to stop them. Anupama reminds everyone that love alone doesn’t run a household and asks Prem what he thinks. Prem admits he hasn’t thought things through and needs time to figure it out. Ansh and Toshu corner him, demanding clarity—how can he go from saying he doesn’t love Mahi to agreeing to marry her? Prem pleads for time, saying he needs answers too. Anupama supports him and asks the family to be patient, reminding them that this decision affects two lives. Mahi gently tells Prem to take care. He glances at Rahi before leaving.
Baa still suspects something’s off. She asks Anupama what changed in a matter of hours. Anupama insists Prem won’t do anything wrong. But Baa is certain he will—she says when someone hesitates, it usually leads to regret. She brings up the failure of past love marriages in the family and even throws shade at Anupama’s relationship with Anuj, which lasted only 26 months despite their deep love. She warns that if anything goes wrong, Anupama will be blamed. Pakhi agrees, saying Anupama could get caught in a bad situation.
Later, Anupama goes to Prem and thanks him. She asks if he agreed to marry Mahi out of genuine will or due to pressure. She places his hand on her head, urging him to speak the truth. Prem confesses he doesn’t love Mahi and doesn’t know if he ever will, but life is unpredictable. Rahi listens quietly in the background. Anupama reflects on how she trusted Prem from the start, how he became part of the family, and how she believed in him from the heart. She admits she hates lies and confronts him about Prarthana, saying she saw them hugging and wants to know what that was about. Prem clarifies that there’s nothing between him and Prarthana—she was emotional, and that hug meant nothing. Anupama warns that trust, once broken, is hard to rebuild. Prem promises not to break her trust again and reaffirms his promise to stand by Mahi.
Elsewhere, Rahi is quietly packing food when Prem arrives. She tries to tie up the parcel, but the thread gets tangled. He gently wipes her tears as she frees herself. The song “Sau Dard Hai” plays. Rahi silently hurts herself with a rubber band, and Prem, in silent solidarity, does the same. He thinks about how deeply he loves her—so much that he gave up everything. Rahi, too, knows that he’s sacrificing his love for her and for Anupama’s happiness. Even though it breaks her, she accepts it for Mummy’s sake.
Pakhi meets Mahi and urges her to marry Prem quickly before he changes his mind. But Mahi insists on giving Prem the time he asked for. Pakhi plants doubt in her mind, suggesting that Prem might fall in love with Rahi. Mahi is left shocked and shaken.
In another emotional moment, Prem throws things in frustration and hurts himself. Rahi rushes to him and asks why he’s angry when he’s the one who made this decision. Prem breaks down and says he made the promise and must follow through, but that doesn’t stop the pain. He asks her if she’s hurting too, then pulls her into a hug and apologizes. Rahi blames herself for asking him to make such a big sacrifice and tells him to hate her. But Prem says he can never hate her—not even if she asked for his life. He says he has accepted her request and asks her to accept his wish for the next life. He wants her to promise to be his in another birth. Rahi tearfully agrees. As she starts to walk away, she suddenly turns and runs back to hug him tightly. He embraces her, both of them crying silently, before she walks away, leaving their love unspoken and unresolved.

Anupama questions Baa about inviting someone. Baa says it’s time to fix the engagement date. The pandit checks Prem’s palm and announces that Prem has a rare and powerful “Maha Raj Yog.” But when he compares Prem and Mahi’s horoscopes, he says they are not compatible. Mahi lashes out at the pandit. Later, he quietly tells Anupama that Prem and Rahi are destined for each other—like Ram and Sita.
