The episode begins with Janki Behen excitedly sharing good news with Anupama. She tells her that Mansi—the same woman who once placed a masala order for her son—has now placed a much larger order. Mansi mentioned that all the Indians around her son want their masala, too. Rahi gets energized and suggests they tie up with a supermarket and even start selling the masalas online. She reminds Anupama of how popular their tea masala had become. Anupama agrees, calling it a “superhit.” Rahi praises Anupama’s talent in masala-making and says they can take Prem’s help for the online work. But when Anupama asks where Prem is, Rahi looks worried. She silently wonders if he left because she hurt him. Mahi also grows concerned and directly asks Rahi where Prem is. Rahi says she doesn’t know, and the two begin to argue. Anupama steps in and tells them to stop fighting and focus on the work at hand.
As the night falls, Rahi sits alone, clearly restless. She can’t stop thinking about Prem’s absence, and Mahi also expresses worry. Even Pakhi wonders aloud where Prem might be. Anupama tries to calm everyone, suggesting that perhaps he’s just out on some errand and asks them to sit and eat. Suddenly, the power goes out. Rahi gets up to fetch candles, and just as she grabs them, she sees a figure at the door—it’s Prem, injured and barely standing. The sight of him shakes her. She drops the candles and runs to him, shouting his name. As she holds him, he opens his eyes but recoils, pushing her away. Everyone rushes to the scene as Prem collapses. Anupama and Mahi immediately begin tending to his injuries. Toshu, ever the skeptic, comments that if anything had happened to him, they’d be dragged into police trouble. Pakhi adds that it’s risky keeping an orphan in the house. Anupama silences them and reminds them Prem is in pain and needs care, not accusations.
When Prem briefly regains consciousness, Baa gently asks who hurt him. But Prem simply says he wants to sleep. Anupama tells everyone to hold their questions and helps take him to his room. Rahi, wracked with guilt, blames herself for Prem’s condition. Ansh approaches her and quietly reveals that some local goons had beaten Prem up. Fueled by anger, Rahi heads out to confront them. She storms in, beats them up, and retrieves Prem’s belongings—his wallet, watch, and jeep keys. The goons beg for forgiveness and explain why they attacked him.
One admits that Prem punched him for making a vulgar comment about Rahi. Another adds that despite being beaten up, Prem never let go of his phone—because he was looking at her picture the whole time. Rahi’s eyes fill with tears. She returns home and finds Prem once again staring at her photo. She quietly walks into the room, but he tells her to leave. He drinks some water and apologizes for causing discomfort in the house. He says it’s better if he goes.
The next morning, Toshu informs Anupama that he spoke with the courier service. If they send the orders in bulk, they can save money. Anupama agrees and says she’s planning to give Prem the online responsibilities since he’s hurt and can’t do physical labor. Just then, Prem walks in and announces that he’s leaving. Mahi, hurt and confused, asks why. She wonders if Rahi said something to him. Toshu mocks him, asking if he was only here for a marriage proposal. Pakhi says he can’t just leave like that. Dolly insists that if he’s quitting, he must give notice. Baa tells everyone to let Prem explain. Mahi pleads that if there’s any problem, they can fix it. Anupama calmly asks Prem what has happened—if someone hurt or insulted him. Prem looks down and simply says no one said anything to him, but he can’t stay anymore. He apologizes, thanks them, and asks to be allowed to go. Rahi and Mahi look heartbroken, and even Anupama is visibly upset.
Toshu sarcastically declares that their “Saarthi” has left. Pakhi blames Rahi, assuming she did something to drive him away. Toshu worries about who will help with their big masala order. But Anupama silences them all. She says that while everyone is worried about the workload, no one seems to care that Prem is seriously hurt. She reminds them that she took on this large order, and she will fulfill it—no matter what. Toshu warns that her health could suffer again, but Anupama firmly says that she’s not dead yet and will keep fighting. Mahi walks away, and Rahi follows. In their room, Mahi cries and opens up about her pain, while Rahi wrecks the room in frustration. Both girls cry for Prem, calling out his name as a sad song plays in the background. Meanwhile, Prem is seen driving away in his jeep.
Back in the house, Anupama sets her sights on the deadline—they must complete the order by 5 PM. She steels herself, promising she’ll finish it. She sends a heartfelt voice message to Prem, asking him to take care. She says she knows something must have happened that made him leave and understands that he might not want to share it. But she gently offers herself as someone he can talk to—a mother figure he can confide in.
Elsewhere, Toshu contacts a professional chef, but the chef demands a high salary. Toshu jokes that had he known cooking paid so well, he would have taken up hotel management. He wonders aloud where they’ll find another chef like Prem, whose food had the same taste as Anupama’s. Kinjal, amused, says he’s finally appreciating Prem. She advises him to help Anupama instead of complaining. Toshu agrees and goes to assist his mother, quietly hoping that Prem returns soon. Anupama, already worn down, feels dizzy but pushes through. Just then, Janki Behen arrives with her team and offers help. Anupama lights up with gratitude. Baa, Pari, and Ansh also join in to support her.
On the road, Prem’s jeep breaks down. He sits down to change the tire, and just then, Rahi calls. A young boy picks up the phone, not realizing the situation, and hands it to Prem. The boy apologizes, saying he didn’t know Prem was avoiding the girl. He tells Prem that if she’s meant for him, she’ll return—if not, someone else will. He walks away, leaving Prem to whisper that he only wants her.
Meanwhile, Mahi goes to Anupama and tearfully tells her that Prem left without saying a word. She recalls how even Kavya Maa had left her in the past. Desperate, she asks Anupama to convince Rahi to call Prem back. She admits that she’s burdening her while she’s unwell, but says if a daughter can’t tell her mother, then who else can she go to? She calls Anupama “Anu Maa” and begs her to bring Prem home. Anupama embraces her and comforts her, asking her not to cry.

Rahi jumps on a trampoline, joyfully declaring that her heart has given her an answer—she loves Prem. She tries to express her feelings to Anupama. Anupama, however, tells her that they must focus on Mahi, who is madly in love with Prem. Rahi calls Prem a reflection of Lord Krishna, and says anyone who loves him will become his Radha. Anupama gently urges her to speak to Prem about Mahi—and finally asks, “What is it you want to tell me?”
