As the day begins, Rahi confronts Anupama about why she’s trying to act great and make everyone work overtime. Calmly, Anupama explains that, like her, the women here have a housewife’s instinct—they sleep last, wake first, and check everything twice to avoid mistakes that could harm the business. But Rahi wants peace, and insists Anupama leave or she’ll miss her train. Anupama sweetly offers some misri and tells her to speak kindly. Just as she walks out, a glass shatters behind her. Janki behen silently takes note.
Meanwhile, Ansh’s birthday party is in full swing. His friends arrive, and Baa proudly says all the men in her house are handsome like her. She jokes about the attention from girls, and Pakhi teases her about boys smiling at Ishu. Baa snaps that she’ll knock their teeth out if they do. Ansh questions some unknown guests, but his friend assures him they’re just cousins. Ansh welcomes them warmly. Mahi, Pari, and Ishu wish him, and Prem serves up a plate of donuts. Mahi gets excited—it’s her favorite. Prem, always thoughtful, says they already had cake yesterday, so he made sugar-free mini donuts. Gently, he feeds Mahi a donut. She smiles, touched by his caring nature. But Rahi walks in, mocking the moment, and instructs Mahi to cook something for Ansh while she drags Prem to help with a marriage order. Prem offers to handle both tasks, but Rahi reminds him he’s just her employee, not the Shahs’. He urges her to at least try the donut, but she storms off. Mahi tries to cheer him up and eats the donut he offers with a smile.
Back at the cloud kitchen, Rahi gives strict instructions—the food must be ready by 9 a.m. Janki behen confirms their duty is cooking; delivery is Rahi’s job. Toshu offers to book a tempo, but Rahi says she’ll handle delivery herself. When Jigna requests to go home for her sick husband, Rahi refuses and accuses her of making excuses. Janki behen protests, saying Anupama would’ve let Jigna go. Rahi coldly says she isn’t Anupama and orders everyone back to work.
The party continues as Prem serves juice and snacks. Ansh thanks him. Everyone dances joyfully. Ansh places a juice glass on his head as a fun challenge, and his friends follow. But one cousin purposely spills juice on Mahi. He apologizes casually, and Mahi, trying to stay calm, walks off to clean up. Baa frowns at the mess. Alone, Mahi cleans her clothes when the same boy approaches her and creepily insists on helping. She refuses, but he grabs her wrist. Just then, Prem storms in, twists the guy’s hand, and declares that not all heroes are men—women are heroes too. The boy mocks him, asking if Mahi is his girlfriend. Prem fiercely replies, “Yes,” and warns him not to touch her again. The cousin backs off when Ansh’s friend intervenes. He apologizes and begs Prem not to tell Ansh, calling Mahi his sister. Ansh walks in, and they cover up the situation. Mahi is left glowing, realizing that Prem loves her and claimed her as his girlfriend.
Tensions rise again at the kitchen. Rahi discovers Jigna is gone. Janki behen explains her husband’s health worsened, and she had to take him to the hospital. Rahi says she should’ve asked neighbors for help and scolds Janki. She orders them to stay up all night to finish the work, again coldly stating she’s not like Anupama.
At home, Ansh cuts his cake as everyone sings. Baa, ever playful, says she should get the first bite. Ansh feeds her. Mahi feeds Prem too, reminding him he made donuts so no one would want cake again. He grins and says it was a surprise. Everyone is enjoying when Rahi returns, furious about earlier events. She finds Prem still at home, scolds him, and tells him to pick up spice bags. Mahi steps in, saying she’ll do it—it’s not a big deal. But Rahi insists and, in the scuffle, Mahi falls. They begin arguing. Mahi accuses Rahi of being possessive over Prem. Rahi retorts that Prem is her chef, nothing else. Prem tries to calm them, but the fight intensifies when Mahi finds Anupama’s diary and demands to know why Rahi has it. Rahi says Anupama gave it to her. They both tug at the diary, ignoring everyone’s pleas to stop.
Things spiral when Rahi raises her hand to slap Mahi, but ends up hitting Baa by accident. The room freezes. Ansh is furious. Dolly demands how Rahi dared to slap her mother. Pakhi and the others turn against her. Baa, heartbroken, says she won’t return until Anupama is back—and when she does, she can decide whether Rahi stays or Baa. With tears, she walks away. The song “Yeh Jeevan Hai” plays softly as emotions weigh heavy on everyone.
Prem follows Rahi outside and saves her from a speeding bike. She’s crying, remembering what just happened. She arrives at the kitchen, where Janki behen tells her the food is packed and ready. Rahi insists on delivering it herself. Janki warns her to check the order properly and not let her pride get in the way. Prem arrives. Rahi, still shaken, tells him she didn’t mean to slap Baa. Her father never taught her such values, and she won’t forgive herself. She explains that she was under stress and meant to slap Mahi, not Baa.
UPCOMING
Mahi finds Radha still awake and asks why she hasn’t slept. Radha says she’s waiting for Rahi, who went out with Prem. Meanwhile, Prem tries to comfort Rahi, asking her to close her eyes and relax. Mahi starts worrying about Prem. On the road, Prem’s jeep breaks down. Rahi says there’s no network to book a cab.
Final Thoughts:
This episode shows how pressure, misunderstandings, and unspoken emotions can build up until they break. Rahi’s desire to prove herself clashes with her feelings for Prem and her place in the family. Mahi, bold and sensitive, fights for love and fairness. But in the end, one mistake leaves a deep scar. The slap that landed on Baa becomes a symbol of everything that’s gone wrong, and now, only Anupama’s return might restore balance. Until then, the home waits—torn between anger, guilt, and the hope of healing.
