The episode opens with Parag offering tea to Moti Baa, gently reassuring her that her headache will soon ease. But Moti Baa’s mind is elsewhere—she’s anxious about whether Anupama will be able to handle the catering for Rahi’s wedding. Parag wonders how catering from Anupama’s kitchen will work for the entire household, but Moti Baa is confident, insisting no one can match Anupama’s cooking. She even suggests that if needed, they could order from a five-star hotel. Parag believes Anupama will pour her heart into preparing food for her daughter’s wedding. Just then, Moti Baa receives a call: the Pandit Ji has finalized the wedding date. Excited, she decides to print the invitations according to this date and inform Anupama.

Meanwhile, Pari, Ishani, and Ansh excitedly brainstorm wedding plans, while Mahi is lost in thought, troubled by her feelings for Prem and Rahi’s upcoming marriage. Hasmuk and Leela try to contribute financially to the wedding preparations by offering money to Anupama, but she kindly refuses. Leela insists that Anupama will need help, and Ansh and Pari join in, touching Anupama deeply with their support. Moved, Anupama decides to handcraft the wedding card for Prem and Rahi’s marriage and announces the finalized wedding date to the entire Shah family. Rahi is surprised to learn her wedding falls on Anupama’s birthday.
Hasmuk views this coincidence as a beautiful sign—a new beginning for Rahi that shares Anupama’s special day. Ansh promises to celebrate Anupama’s birthday after Rahi’s farewell ceremony, but Rahi insists she won’t leave without celebrating with Anupama first.
Elsewhere, Parag goes ring shopping for Prem’s engagement. Khyati suggests something simple, in line with Prem’s taste, and Prem picks out a modest ring he likes. However, Moti Baa dismisses this choice and instead selects an extravagant diamond ring.
Back at the Shah household, Hasmuk and Leela are surprised and humbled to see their names printed on Rahi’s wedding card. Leela reflects quietly on how she hasn’t truly expressed her love for Anupama and Rahi in the past, yet they continue to honor her. Anupama gently reminds her that elders deserve respect.
Together, the Shahs and Kotharis perform a ritual to invite the Lord’s blessings for Rahi and Prem’s union. Parag is taken aback to see Gayatri’s name on the card, and Moti Baa explains it was Khyati’s request. Meanwhile, Mahi remains preoccupied, lost in her thoughts about Prem, while Pari warns her to stay away from both Prem and Rahi.
Later, Moti Baa questions Anupama about the handmade wedding cards, but Anupama clarifies these will only be given to close family and friends, with e-invites sent to others. Offended, Moti Baa reveals the official, printed wedding card, leaving Anupama and Rahi stunned. While Anupama compliments the card’s design, she notices Rahi’s name is misspelled. Moti Baa brushes off the concern, saying Rahi’s name will change after marriage anyway. She insists this tradition is important and declares that Rahi’s new name will be Suman. Rahi firmly refuses, declaring she will not give up her identity. Moti Baa remains stubborn, escalating tension in the household. Prem finds himself caught in the middle of the disagreement, unsure how to ease the growing conflict.
