Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 30th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Jhanak urging Priyanshi to concentrate only on her dance steps, reminding her that they don’t have much time to rehearse. Priyanshi seems anxious about getting caught, but Jhanak reassures her that they’re safe in this secluded corner room, just as Mahek suggested. Mahek confirms no one comes here and even the sound won’t travel outside. Jhanak thanks her for helping, and Mahek humbly replies that she’s just doing her duty as Priyanshi’s aunt—Jhanak is the one doing far more. Jhanak praises Priyanshi’s talent, but Priyanshi suddenly admits she doesn’t want to get married. Jhanak promises to try and stop it, though Priyanshi doubts she’ll succeed against Ketki’s will. Mahek reminds Priyanshi to come home early from school, and Jhanak says she’ll try to bring Prachi as well, since she genuinely wants to see Priyanshi do well. Priyanshi isn’t sure Prachi will show up, but Jhanak stays hopeful. Later, Ketki is seen appreciating Jhanak’s courage for standing up for others.

As Priyanshi weeps, confessing her dream of studying and how the forced marriage is crushing her, Jhanak tells her to focus on the dance for now. Priyanshi explains that winning the dance competition could earn her a sponsorship and qualify her for interschool events—she wants to balance both studies and passion. Mahek reminds her that the marriage date isn’t finalized yet, and Jhanak encourages her to keep going. Mahek plays the music, and Priyanshi begins her dance practice while Jhanak patiently corrects her moves. Mahek then curiously asks where Jhanak learned classical dance, and Jhanak fondly replies that her mother was her first teacher. Their practice ends on a good note.
Elsewhere, Mrinalini’s father urges Choton to set a date for the wedding. Choton hesitates, questioning how he’ll manage staying at Mrinalini’s house. Mrinalini’s father takes offense, thinking Choton is questioning her values. Choton denies it and quickly steps away to bring sweets. Mrinalini’s father tells Anjana he chose Choton because he’s a good man. Meanwhile, Dadi tells Shubh to step up and take responsibility for the wedding. Shubh says he’s jobless, and Anjana retorts that it’s his own doing. Shubh accuses her of constantly mocking him, and she reminds him of how he once bossed everyone around when he had money. She defends Lalon, saying he shouldn’t always be the scapegoat. Tanuja jumps in, claiming Lalon is controlling everything and that she’s being treated like a maid. Anjana reminds her that she’s done far more for the family over the years than Tanuja ever has.
Bipasha urges Laal to ignore the chaos and head to college. Anjana throws a sarcastic remark, telling Laal to listen to her instead. Laal questions if Anjana wants him out of the house, and she says he might as well leave if this is how he behaves. Bipasha lashes out, accusing Anjana of being a bad mother who wants her son gone. The argument grows tense until Dadi steps in, reminding them the topic is Choton’s marriage. Choton bitterly tells her not to expect anything from people who never supported him. Shubh sarcastically says Choton’s confidence comes from having a financially independent fiancée now. He refuses to be part of the wedding and asks Dadi not to rely on him. Tanuja backs Shubh, saying they won’t get involved. Anjana assures Dadi that Bablu will handle it all, but Dadi questions Shubh’s savings. Anjana promises a grand wedding anyway, but Choton says he doesn’t want anything lavish. Anirudh volunteers to help with the preparations, but Laal declines to be part of it.
Later, Jhanak pleads with Prachi to come see Priyanshi perform at school. Prachi refuses, saying Ketki will throw her out if she finds out. She tells Jhanak her mother has never accepted her and Bhavesh will never defy Ketki. When Jhanak asks if she trusts her, Prachi says no. She accuses Jhanak of playing with fire, dismissing her intentions and saying she’ll never understand her pain. Prachi questions why Jhanak is encouraging Priyanshi to dream when life is so cruel. Jhanak quietly replies that everyone is born with wings—it’s just that only a few get the chance to fly.

Vihaan tells Jhanak that Arshi is also coming, which makes her nervous. Anirudh tells Arshi that there’s a surprise for her. Jhanak asks Arshi if she suspects her of being a bad person.
