The episode opens with Anirudh telling Vihaan that Arshi is excited about visiting the village. Vihaan asks how Arshi is feeling, and Anirudh shares that the doctor has allowed her to travel, though he’s still anxious about her health. Vihaan assures him not to worry, promising to look after Arshi personally, with his wife also helping out. He tries to bring Jhanak into the conversation, but she shyly refuses. Anirudh notices her discomfort and tells Vihaan not to push her.

Later, Arshi takes Anirudh’s phone and happily tells Vihaan how eager she is to come to the village and meet everyone—especially his wife. After she walks away, Anirudh brings up Priyanshi’s wedding plans but ends the call suddenly. Arshi, sensing something off, questions why he hesitated to take her along. Anirudh explains he’s worried about her and the baby but teases that a surprise awaits her in the village, which he won’t reveal just yet. Meanwhile, Jhanak tells Vihaan that she wasn’t comfortable speaking to someone she doesn’t know over the phone, which is why she stayed quiet earlier. Vihaan finds her explanation strange and starts to wonder what she might be hiding about her past.
Elsewhere, Choton shares with Anirudh that his wedding date has been finalized, and expresses surprise that Anirudh plans to bring Arshi to the village. He recalls how he unexpectedly won over Mrinalini’s father and urges Anirudh not to go overboard with expenses. Choton also mentions that he wants Jhanak to be present at his wedding. Anirudh assures him that Jhanak is doing well, which sparks Arshi’s curiosity about who they’re talking about.
Back with Vihaan and Jhanak, she asks him if he thinks she’s hiding a dark past. She assures him she isn’t a bad person and that she would never betray his trust, especially after everything he’s done for her. Vihaan is puzzled, asking why she’s bringing this up now. Jhanak hints that she won’t be in his life forever and reminds him that he has his own path to follow. Vihaan replies that she has changed his life in ways she doesn’t even realize. Jhanak admits she’s been able to heal because of him, and then quietly asks what he truly wants from her.
