Jhanak 6th August 2025 Written Update Starlife
The episode begins with Vihaan bringing Anirudh and Arshi home. Both Arshi and Jhanak are stunned to see each other, their reactions revealing the depth of their past. When Vihaan calls for Ketki, Arshi abruptly storms out of the house in anger, leaving everyone bewildered. Anirudh regrets not revealing the truth to her earlier and rushes out to explain, but Arshi refuses to listen. Vihaan tries to diffuse the tension, reminding Arshi that Anirudh had simply said they knew Avni and that she doesn’t need to interact with Avni if she’s uncomfortable. Arshi, deeply hurt, accuses Anirudh of lying, but he calmly clarifies that he never lied—he only said there was a surprise waiting for her. Her fury only grows, calling him shameless and questioning why he’s suddenly attached to the village. Anirudh insists that he only brought her here to resolve misunderstandings. Confused by the tension, Vihaan demands to know what’s really going on. Arshi decides she will expose everything to Vihaan and his family.

Anirudh pleads with her not to jeopardize Vihaan’s marriage, urging her to stay calm, but Arshi silences him. She then confronts Vihaan, pressing him about his first wife and how he came to marry again. Vihaan reveals that Avni died in a plane crash. Arshi then challenges him about when he married his current wife and accuses him of having experience with such women. Vihaan defends his present wife, saying she’s done nothing wrong. When Arshi insists she’ll tell the truth, Sejal, who has overheard their heated exchange, becomes curious and rushes inside to understand what’s going on. Meanwhile, Ketki asks Jhanak if Arshi left because of her. Jhanak denies knowing Arshi, but Ketki grows suspicious. Sejal joins them, saying Arshi was furious and mentioned Jhanak’s name while storming off. The atmosphere grows tense as Ketki starts questioning Jhanak, who continues to deflect the questions. Sejal hints that there’s more to the story and that Jhanak is at the center of it. Ketki starts to fear that the scandal could affect Priyanshi’s upcoming wedding.
Prachi asks why Priyanshi’s wedding would be in danger, then directly questions Jhanak about her relationship with Arshi and Anirudh. Jhanak tries to excuse herself, saying she needs to check on Ahaan, but Ketki stops her, saying she can’t go anywhere until Arshi returns. Ketki grows increasingly convinced that Arshi knows something about Jhanak that Vihaan is still unaware of. Ketki grows increasingly suspicious, believing that Arshi knows something about Jhanak that Vihaan doesn’t. Mehek tries to defuse the tension, suggesting that Arshi is simply upset with Anirudh and warns Ketki against blaming Jhanak without evidence. But Ketki angrily tells Mehek to leave and return to Praveen Kumar’s house. Hurt, Mehek warns that if she walks out today, she won’t come back. Ketki sarcastically blesses her for a happy life with her husband and in-laws, then turns on Jhanak, threatening not to spare her.
Prachi urges Ketki to calm down, insisting nothing serious has happened, but Sejal jumps in, backing Ketki and accusing Jhanak of hiding something from Vihaan. She demands the truth from Jhanak, who firmly maintains that she has no secrets and has done nothing wrong. Just then, Arshi returns, and Sejal insists it’s time for the truth to come out. Ketki questions Arshi about why she left in such anger. To everyone’s shock, Arshi declares that Vihaan is married to Avni. Prachi points at Jhanak, revealing she is Avni. Ketki tries to explain that Vihaan got married in America and came back recently with his wife and son. Arshi then questions whether Ketki has accepted Jhanak as part of the family. Anirudh tries to stop her from going further, but Arshi insists that Jhanak is misleading everyone and must be exposed.
A stunned Ketki turns to Vihaan for answers. He agrees to explain everything, but only after Priyanshi’s wedding. He admits that after his first wife Avni died, he married Jhanak. Ketki is shocked to hear that Avni is no more, and Mehek asks why this was kept a secret. Vihaan explains that since his family never accepted Avni, he didn’t see the point in informing them about her death. He shares that he met Jhanak in India, and she stood by him and his son during a difficult time, which led him to marry her. Arshi, however, lashes out at Vihaan, saying he doesn’t even know Jhanak’s past. But Vihaan firmly states that he doesn’t care about her past.
Both Anirudh and Vihaan ask Arshi to remain quiet until Priyanshi’s wedding is over. Ketki, however, says she will decide Jhanak’s fate once she knows the full truth. Jhanak tells everyone she will leave after the wedding, but Anirudh declares that she should stay as Vihaan’s wife. Later, Vihaan confronts Arshi for humiliating Jhanak. Arshi cryptically accuses Jhanak of being neither loyal to one man nor one identity. Anirudh confesses that he brought Arshi there only to prove that Jhanak had moved on with her life, but Arshi claims Jhanak still loves Anirudh, not Vihaan.

Ketki blames Jhanak for Priyanshi’s disappearance. Jhanak reassures her that Priyanshi is with Pulkit and will return soon.
