The episode begins with Sunita accusing Jhanak of wrongdoing, while Anirudh and Shrishti back her claims. Shubh, irritated by the noise, steps in to ask what’s going on. Bipasha quickly adds fuel to the fire, warning that Jhanak will only bring disgrace to their family. But Shubh coldly reminds her that Jhanak isn’t part of their family in the first place.

Mrinalini arrives, curious about the drama, and Vinayak fills her in before both step into the matter. Shubh accuses Jhanak of plotting to take the baby just to win Anirudh’s sympathy. Sarita’s husband angrily threatens to send Jhanak to jail, but she stands firm, saying she only wanted to see the baby, nothing else. Choton asks if she suspects anyone in particular, and Jhanak boldly points fingers at Sunita and Sarita’s husband. Sarita explodes with anger, swearing she would never give up her own child. Sunita lashes back, accusing Jhanak of creating unnecessary chaos. Mrinalini demands clarity, and Jhanak reveals she had overheard a suspicious conversation about a baby swap. This revelation makes Sunita even angrier.
Sarita’s husband brushes everything aside and orders Sunita to prepare for Sarita’s discharge. Anirudh steps in to defend Jhanak, insisting she didn’t mean harm. But Sarita’s husband argues that if they hadn’t stopped her, Jhanak would have run away with the child. Mrinalini sides with Jhanak, stating that she isn’t someone who would make accusations without reason. She even warns Sarita’s husband that if he dares to file a complaint against Jhanak, they will retaliate with a case against him and Sunita instead.
Meanwhile, Tanuja grows anxious for Arshi, worried that Shrishti seems more occupied with targeting Jhanak than caring about her own daughter. Shubh predicts Jhanak will surely face punishment, confident that the hospital has proof against her.
Elsewhere, Lalon encourages Himli to keep studying and focus on her dreams. Apu asks Anuradha to bring food for Himli, choosing to eat with her to lift her spirits. Himli apologizes to Apu, and Anuradha feels her prayers have finally been answered. Lalon talks about Arshi’s baby but admits he doesn’t know which hospital she is in.
Back at the hospital, Shrishti directly confronts Jhanak, accusing her of trying to steal Sarita’s baby just to impress Anirudh. Jhanak, however, believes Shrishti has been pretending all along—dropping her case against her earlier, only to now reveal her true face. Choton wonders how they can even be sure if Sarita’s child is actually Arshi’s. Jhanak admits she doesn’t have solid proof yet. Anirudh, who hasn’t met Arshi so far, urges Sarita’s husband to put an end to the matter. Surprisingly, Sarita’s husband praises Anirudh for speaking maturely. Mrinalini then quietly leads Jhanak away.
At the police station, Anindo insists to the inspector that Himli is his wife and he has done nothing wrong. The inspector grills him about his involvement in trafficking and missing funds. Anindo pretends not to know anything, but when asked about a stolen car, he finally breaks down and agrees to confess.
Meanwhile, Arshi regains consciousness and senses the tension in the room. Anxious, she asks about her baby, but the family remains silent. Vinayak tries to comfort her, but eventually, Tanuja gathers the courage to tell her the devastating truth—that her baby is no more. Shattered, Arshi breaks down, crying uncontrollably.
Anirudh tries to console her, and Choton gently tells her she can still become a mother again. But Arshi, deep in grief, refuses to be comforted and instead blames Jhanak, demanding her baby back. Mrinalini jumps in to defend Jhanak, but Shrishti harshly declares Jhanak guilty. Frustrated, Anirudh orders everyone to leave the room, but Arshi refuses to go without her child.
Jhanak, firm in her belief, declares that Arshi’s baby is still alive. Shrishti snaps at her, accusing her of giving false hope. Yet, Arshi clings to that hope and refuses to let go. Jhanak urges Anirudh to at least speak to the doctor who delivered Arshi’s child, but he dismisses her words. Shubh tells Choton to throw Jhanak out, but she stubbornly refuses, vowing to stay until Arshi finds peace. Overcome with rage, Arshi blames Jhanak for her misery.
