The episode begins with Arshi arguing with Jhanak. Aditya tells Jhanak that if she permits, he will show what he’s capable of and warns Shubh. Tanuja questions Jhanak, asking if she brought her boyfriend here to fight with them. Lal and Bipasha ask Aditya not to escalate things, but Aditya responds that he’s quiet because he cares for Jhanak. Shrishti suggests Arshi meet Anirudh, but Arshi refuses, telling Jhanak that she won’t meet him. Shrishti pulls Arshi away. Shubh tells everyone to come along, and Bablu urges Jhanak to get a checkup, but she insists she’s fine. Aditya says Jhanak is in pain and questions why she always forgives those who wrong her. He adds that tolerating injustice is as bad as committing it. Jhanak insists she won’t leave until Anirudh is stable. Choton tells her to go handle her tasks and they’ll manage things here, while Jhanak prays for Anirudh to recover. Bablu assures her they understand. Aditya informs Jhanak that the Dubai dance event officials are waiting for her confirmation. She insists on canceling it and staying with Anirudh. A nurse stops Arshi and asks why Jhanak was allowed to enter but not her. Arshi goes inside and asks about Anirudh’s condition. The doctor confirms that he’s stable now, but his stats are dropping. Arshi questions why Jhanak came here and accuses her of trying to heal Anirudh with puja flowers. The doctor tells her to leave. She argues that Anirudh is her husband, but the doctor insists she leave for his well-being.
The doctor informs them that Anirudh’s condition is critical, needing surgery due to 70% blockage, and urges them not to disturb him. Arshi insists she should stay, but the doctor insists she leave as Anirudh’s health is worsening. They forcibly remove her. Shubh assures Tanuja that Anirudh will be fine. A nurse tells Jhanak that Anirudh’s condition is unstable and that he will recover if she is there. Choton urges her to go quickly. Inside the ICU, Anirudh asks for Jhanak. As soon as she arrives, his condition improves, and the doctor notes that he responds to her presence. Jhanak reassures Anirudh, promising he’ll see her first after the surgery.

Meanwhile, Rumi and Mimi discuss Anirudh’s condition and compare Jhanak with Arshi, claiming Anirudh made a mistake with Jhanak. They also praise Arshi. Lalon brings Appu to the hospital, where she is surprised to see Jhanak and cries. Jhanak calms her down and expresses her hopes for Anirudh’s recovery. Lalon and Appu decide to stay at the hospital until Anirudh is better. Tanuja insults them, but Lalon responds by saying that their relationships won’t change and expresses shame at having to call them relatives. He scolds Shubh for framing him in a false case, while Appu prays for Anirudh. Lalon asks if Jhanak is okay, to which Aditya sarcastically replies that someone pushed her with love, but thankfully she’s fine. Appu sings a bhajan, which Bipasha suggests she shouldn’t do, but the nurse reassures her not to worry. Appu hugs Jhanak as Choton brings food for everyone. Lalon declines, saying he already ate at home, but Choton insists it’s for everyone. Lalon asks who’s performing the surgery, and Choton says the doctor is young but talented, so everything will be fine. Shrishti, Arshi, and Vinayak arrive. Vinayak tells them to let Appu pray for Anirudh, and Arshi comments that Appu is late. Vinayak points out that he was late too. Shrishti says Arshi needs to go to Dubai tomorrow, so there are many people looking after Anirudh.
