Jhanak On Starlife Friday 11th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Ketki performing the aarti for Vihaan and Jhanak. While circling the thali, she accidentally hits Jhanak’s forehead with the plate, making Jhanak flinch and cry out in pain. Ketki wastes no time taunting her, saying she can’t even endure this small discomfort. When she takes Ahaan from Jhanak, the baby begins to cry. Ketki immediately blames Jhanak, accusing her of influencing the child negatively. Bhavesh tries to reason with her, reminding her that a baby can’t possibly understand such things. But Ketki continues, saying Jhanak can never understand a mother’s strength—that a mother can make her son do anything. Prachi then invites Jhanak inside, trying to break the tension. Sejal compliments Jhanak’s saree and teasingly asks if she bought it in America. Sarika interrupts, revealing it’s her own saree. She remarks that it’s not practical to care for a baby while wearing a saree and points out that in America, people don’t wear sarees regularly. Prachi tries to lighten the moment by saying Jhanak looks beautiful. Vihaan leans over and softly tells Jhanak not to mind the comments. Jhanak, in a firm tone, says she won’t—because she’s not Avni. Ketki hears this and scolds her for murmuring, then snaps at Vihaan for not teaching his wife the house rules. She reminds Jhanak that this is a farmer’s household—with cows to care for—and that she must handle all the domestic work. Getting married, she says, is easy, but living in your in-laws’ house is another matter altogether. She warns that Jhanak’s real test begins now, and then walks inside, followed by the other men.

Prachi tries to console Jhanak, reassuring her that she believes she’ll pass this test. Jhanak, overwhelmed, silently wonders how long she’ll be able to stay in this place. Sejal introduces herself too, and jokes that she can now rest since Jhanak will be handling all the chores. Prachi scolds Sejal gently for trying to scare Jhanak. Meanwhile, elsewhere, Bipasha vents to Laal about her frustration. She says she can’t take it anymore, especially with Lalon ordering her around to do chores. Laal advises her to ignore it, but she’s furious that he never stands up for her. He tries to calm her down, explaining that Lalon’s behavior is temporary since he’s seen money for the first time. Bipasha, however, is more concerned about their living situation. She suggests buying a flat, but Laal says he can’t afford it. She ridicules him for being incapable of doing anything. He urges her to lower her voice. She then hints at a plan to earn extra money, but when he guesses it’s illegal, he refuses. She threatens to leave if he won’t go along with her. He walks away, leaving her angry and exhausted.
Back at the house, Priyanshi asks Jhanak if she can help her with studies. Jhanak kindly agrees. Sejal warns that Ketki will scold Jhanak for this. Riddhi then tells Jhanak that Priyanshi dances secretly and she signed her up for a dance event. Priyanshi asks Jhanak if she’ll come watch her perform. Prachi scolds Priyanshi for bringing up dance again. Jhanak gently asks if dancing is wrong. Priyanshi curiously asks if Jhanak knows how to dance. Jhanak recalls her past performances and softly says she knows a little. In the kitchen, Anjana offers to cook, and Bablu volunteers to go to the market. Lalon orders Shubhankar to go instead. Shubhankar hesitates, saying he doesn’t know how to buy groceries. Lalon insists that he learn. Then, he tells Tanuja to go prepare breakfast. When Aniruddh asks Anjana for tea, Lalon interrupts and says he should ask Tanuja instead from now on. Lalon comments that it might be painful for Aniruddh to see his parents doing chores, but Aniruddh calmly says he doesn’t mind. Elsewhere, Mimi visits Dr. Sen and shares her worries about her family.
Later, Prachi brings food to Jhanak, but she politely refuses, saying she isn’t hungry. Prachi explains she won’t have time later because neighbors and guests will come to meet her. Sejal again tries to provoke Jhanak, asking if she used to wear jeans and shirts to work. Jhanak remains silent. Sejal reminds her she’ll be expected to work all day now with no rest. Prachi tries to ease the moment again.
Sejal then begins questioning Jhanak about her family. Jhanak is internally troubled because she doesn’t actually know anything about Avni’s background. Prachi recalls that she heard Jhanak’s mother was unwell. Sejal, still suspicious, asks how long Jhanak is planning to stay. She adds that Ketki wants to keep both Jhanak and Ahaan in the house permanently.
Prachi says that decision is up to Vihaan. Sejal then reveals that Babuji is planning to open a clinic for Vihaan right there. Turning to Jhanak, she pointedly asks what she plans to do. Jhanak calmly replies that she’ll do whatever she’s asked. Sejal keeps pushing, asking about Jhanak’s siblings. Jhanak says she has none. But Prachi remembers hearing that she did. Sejal then says something feels off—Jhanak is clearly hiding something and seems afraid.

Aniruddh reminds everyone that they must follow the house rules if they want to live there. Meanwhile, Prachi and Sejal continue pressing Jhanak with questions about her real family.
