Jhanak On Starlife Friday 27th June 2025 Written Episode Update:
The episode opens with Anirudh confessing in front of everyone. He admits that he created the fake medical reports—he had gone to visit a friend’s father who is battling cancer, and it was then that he edited the reports to include his own name. Everyone is left stunned by the truth. He continues, saying he showed those reports to Jhanak. Arshi, cold and bitter, remarks that whatever justification he had has gone up in flames in the havan today. Jhanak, furious, lashes out at Anirudh. He says bitterly that deceit runs in his blood, and tells her to go ahead—curse him, punish him if it helps. But Jhanak replies that divine justice will take care of it. Aditya steps in, trying to calm things. He urges her not to misunderstand Anirudh and insists that he was under a promise not to say more. But Jhanak, burning with betrayal, is beyond listening.

Shrishti tells her to leave. Jhanak responds defiantly, saying that she feels liberated—today she’s finally free. She looks directly at Shrishti and questions her so-called love for Arshi, accusing her of being willing to go to any lengths, even kill, for her daughter. Shrishti glares, but Jhanak presses on. “Remember,” Jhanak says firmly, “you only have one daughter. As for me—I’m dead to you. My name is Jhanak Raina, and I consider Urvashi my mother now.”
She turns to Dadu with gratitude, thanking him sincerely for always supporting her. He gives her a heartfelt blessing. Before she can leave, Appu runs up to Mrinalini and pleads with her to take care of Jhanak. As Jhanak walks out, Anirudh stops her, calling her name. Arshi snaps at him, asking why he’s still calling for Jhanak. Anirudh confesses, “It’s a habit… Just saying her name brings me peace. I know she wants to go, but I’ll always try to stop her.” Jhanak leaves with Mrinalini, while Aditya tells Arshi that he honored his promise to Anirudh by staying silent. When Arshi presses him for details, he refuses to explain further and walks off. Shubh tries to shift the mood and invites everyone to eat, insisting that it’s time to celebrate Anirudh and Arshi’s wedding.
Jhanak, meanwhile, tells Mrinalini that she doesn’t want to talk to anyone. Mrinalini gently says she knows how broken and hurt she must be. Jhanak nods through her pain and questions whether she truly deserved such suffering. But, she says, she has accepted it now. She recalls how her father always encouraged her to be strong and chase her dreams. She cries as she talks about how deeply she was betrayed, how Anirudh said he loved her and wanted to marry her—but in the end, treated her like she was nothing, like she wasn’t even human. “He lied to me, used me, and then just threw me away,” she says bitterly.
Mrinalini listens with tears in her eyes as Jhanak declares she will focus on her new life now and forget everything else. Elsewhere, Anirudh sits in silence. Bipasha speaks to Arshi, trying to console her. She reminds Arshi that Anirudh has returned to her now and urges her to forgive him. Suddenly, Appu enters the scene in tears. She confronts Anirudh directly, asking why he hasn’t gone after Jhanak. Lalon tries to take Appu away, but she refuses to stay quiet. She accuses Anirudh of lying to Jhanak, tricking her into marriage, and then abandoning her for someone else. “You’re a bad boy,” she shouts. Bipasha tries to silence her, but Lalon stands up for Appu, insisting she has every right to speak her mind—this is her home too.
Lal mocks Lalon, calling him out for finally showing his true side. Lalon, frustrated, says he can’t promise that such scenes won’t happen again. The tension thickens. Appu glares at Anirudh one last time before storming off. Later, Jhanak quietly packs her bags. Mrinalini enters and asks if she’s bought her ticket—if she’s really going to Mumbai. Jhanak confirms she is. She says she has no one left in this world and doesn’t need anyone’s help anymore. “I hope I never have to see Anirudh or any of those people again,” she says. “This is a new beginning for me. I’ll make it on my own.” In the meantime, Arshi comes to speak with Anirudh. She tells him that even though she’s not in his heart anymore, he still belongs to her—and that’s enough for her. She says she never wanted to beg for love and had left him once, but returned only for the sake of their child. Then, softly, she asks why he chose her over Jhanak.
Anirudh, overwhelmed, says that the child doesn’t deserve to suffer because of what happened between them. His voice cracks as he remembers everything that’s unfolded.
