Read Previous Update: Jhanak On Starlife Thursday 8th May 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Jhanak dancing gracefully. Meanwhile, Arshi is getting trained by Shrishti. Brij suddenly stops Jhanak and tells her that she missed a beat. He advises her to give her full dedication to the dance, saying she should feel as if she’s performing before God and receiving blessings. Jhanak gets emotional and nods. Brij tells her she has been through a lot, but if she dances well, the world will see her talent. He asks her to try again. She continues dancing. On the other hand, Arshi dances along with the other girls but ends up getting tired. Jhanak finishes her dance, and Brij praises her, calling it amazing.
Shrishti scolds Arshi for getting tired and questions if she plans to win the competition with such effort. Arshi insists she’s practicing hard. Shrishti says Nutan is a strong dancer and compares Arshi to her, saying Arshi still has a long way to go to reach her level. Arshi is confused and asks what’s wrong with her mother. Shrishti says nothing but adds that her daughter cannot be a failure. Meanwhile, Brij talks to Jhanak about her mother. Jhanak tells him her mother never spoke about the past. Brij says her mother was full of positive energy. Jhanak accuses him of chasing after a fake pearl when he had a real diamond—her mother. She says her mother is no longer alive, but Brij knew her better than anyone and wonders if her mother truly loved someone. Brij admits it was a one-sided love, but he had once wanted to love her. He says she left dance behind and chose a quiet life. Jhanak asks who her mother loved. Brij confesses her mother loved him, though she never said it, but he saw it in her eyes.
Shrishti insists that Arshi must continue practicing. Arshi tries to leave, saying Anirudh isn’t well, but Shrishti refuses to let her go. The other girls leave while Shrishti and Arshi argue.
Brij explains that Urvashi turned her pain into strength, which made her a great dancer. She had loved him, but he went after Shrishti instead. Urvashi even gave up big opportunities for Shrishti, who used to throw tantrums and cry to get her way. Brij told Urvashi not to listen to Shrishti, but she always did what Shrishti wanted. Now, he says he wants Jhanak to seek justice for Urvashi. Meanwhile, Bablu goes to meet Appu but finds the house empty. He calls Lalon to ask about them. Anjana joins him and expresses her concern. Kajal comes by and notices the door is open. She says she’s also unaware of where they’ve gone and suggests calling Jhimli. She tries but gets no answer and invites them inside.
Back to Arshi and Shrishti, Arshi warns her mother that Anirudh won’t accept her opposing his family. Shrishti yells and tells Arshi to stop wasting time thinking about Jhanak and focus on her practice. Arshi wonders how Nutan and Jhanak look so similar. Brij tells Jhanak that Shrishti is scared because she knows Jhanak is a better dancer than Arshi. Jhanak feels Shrishti will never let her win. Brij encourages her and says she’s fighting for her rights. Jhanak wishes he had supported her mother the same way. Shrishti pushes Arshi to win, warning her about Nutan. Arshi says she’ll do her best but can’t stop Nutan from winning if she deserves it. Shrishti scolds her harshly.
Arshi threatens to quit if her mother keeps pressuring her. Shrishti emotionally says she’ll lose everything if Nutan wins. Arshi is shocked and asks what she means. Shrishti avoids answering and changes the topic, asking about Arshi’s relationship with Anirudh. Arshi says it’s going fine and adds that pregnancy isn’t magic—it takes time and should happen with love, not for any agenda. Shrishti is annoyed and asks if she gave birth to Arshi with a motive.
Brij tells Jhanak she must continue pretending to be Nutan for now and soon people will recognize her as Jhanak. Jhanak refuses and says she has no desire for anything; she already got her father. She says she would rather leave. Brij says he wants the world to know she’s his daughter and wants to expose Kul Bhushan. He says he must do this or he won’t be at peace. Jhanak agrees to support him. They hug.
UPCOMING
Brij blesses Shrishti and says he wants to reveal something about Arshi and Nutan. Vinayak interrupts and reveals that Shrishti has two daughters—Arshi is his daughter, and Nutan is Brij’s daughter. Everyone is left stunned.
