The episode begins with an intense conversation between Jhanak and the hospital doctors. Jhanak is deeply worried about Aniruddha’s condition and expresses her desire to stay by his side while he recovers in the hospital. Seeing her concern, Aditya steps forward and asks the doctors if Jhanak can be allowed to remain near Aniruddha. The doctor agrees but gives one condition—Jhanak must wear formal nurse attire if she wants to stay in the hospital environment. Though they give her permission, they make it clear that they will not provide her with the uniform, nor do they want to get involved in any of her personal or family matters. Jhanak accepts their condition and agrees to arrange the dress on her own.
Meanwhile, tensions rise in the Bose family. Vinayak is visibly upset with his daughter Arshi’s recent decision. Arshi has firmly decided that she doesn’t want to stay married to Aniruddha anymore, and her father is clearly not happy about it. Even though Shrishti is in support of Arshi’s decision to separate from Aniruddha due to his growing closeness with Jhanak, Vinayak believes Arshi should stand by her husband and try to fix things. Arshi is determined to file for divorce if Aniruddha’s misbehavior continues. Shrishti challenges Arshi by asking if she is ready to accept defeat. She is not willing to back off easily and decides it’s time to escalate the situation. Shrishti brings up the idea of involving Tejas, a dangerous man with a history with Jhanak. She believes that if Tejas interferes, he will become a powerful obstacle between Aniruddha and Jhanak.

Elsewhere, Kajal visits Lalan’s house to ask about Lalan and Appu. She soon hears about Aniruddha’s critical condition and feels sorry for him. While Aniruddha remains in the hospital, his mother Anuradha struggles with emotional pain. She wants to talk and express her sadness, but Kajal doesn’t feel comfortable opening up about her feelings for Lalan. At this moment, Lalan and Appu return from the hospital. Appu becomes emotional as she describes the condition of Aniruddha, who is fighting for his life. Kajal does her best to comfort Appu and calm her down.
At the same time, Shrishti moves forward with her plan and calls Tejas. She tells him everything that’s happening—how Jhanak has gotten close to Aniruddha and how this could ruin her daughter’s life. Shrishti manipulates Tejas, convincing him that Jhanak is again interfering where she shouldn’t. Hearing about Jhanak’s growing closeness with Aditya only makes Tejas angrier. Burning with revenge and hatred, he finally agrees to come to Kolkata. He is ready to once again make Jhanak’s life miserable and ensure she stays away from Aniruddha.
The next morning, Shubha and Tanuja visit Aniruddha at the hospital. They try to console him and offer him medicine. But Aniruddha refuses to take it. He makes it very clear—he will not take any medicine from anyone except Jhanak. Even when the nurse and Shubha request him, he remains stubborn. He says only Jhanak has the right to give him medicine. His words touch everyone, as he emotionally adds that if Jhanak hadn’t been there for him, he wouldn’t have survived. Understanding the seriousness of his emotions, the doctor says he will do everything he can to bring Jhanak to him, even if it means bending a few rules.
