Shubh demands to know why Anirudh didn’t arrive at the hospital. Choton reveals Anirudh is already there, overhearing the conversation as he cries. Shubh snaps, refusing to believe him, accusing Choton of lying—why didn’t Anirudh board the flight? Arshi exposed everything and left the house forever—are you satisfied now? Lal claims Choton is destroying Ani’s life, while Bipasha accuses him of taking bribes from Jhanak. Anjana warns them to watch their words. Choton, frustrated, says he’s heard enough—his only duty was to inform them. Anirudh is on life support, and the surgery is risky. If they doubt him, they shouldn’t come. Shubh freezes in shock. Choton urges him to hurry—Anirudh needs his father. Shubh, distressed, hangs up. Tanuja asks what happened. Shubh reveals Anirudh had a heart attack, leaving everyone stunned.

Meanwhile, Jhanak reaches a temple, begging the priest to pray for her critically ill husband. She pleads, saying she doesn’t trust the doctors—Anirudh can’t leave her; they still have so much left unsaid. The priest explains there’s a long queue for pujas. Bipasha presses Shubh for details. He explains Anirudh has 90% heart blockage, and doctors fear operating. Lal refuses to believe it, but Shubh insists Choton wouldn’t lie. Tanuja demands to go to the hospital, but Anjana scolds her, relieved their mother isn’t present to hear this. Lal urges them to leave. Bipasha says she’ll call Arshi, while Tanuja blames Jhanak. Anjana defends Jhanak’s prayers, but Tanuja lashes out, nearly hitting her. Anjana warns her to back off. Shubh intervenes, telling them to stop—they must leave now.
Anjana wonders where Jhanak is, hoping she’s praying for Anirudh. At the temple, Jhanak tearfully explains she has no money for puja items. A kind stranger offers to help, but she insists on giving her jewelry. He refuses, promising to arrange everything. The priest hesitates due to the crowd, but Jhanak begs. He suggests she sing a bhajan for the goddess. She agrees, pouring her heart into the prayer. Back home, Dadi and Anjana pray desperately. Dadi fears the worst, but Anjana regrets not seeing Anirudh’s suffering—he always supported them, yet Arshi abandoned him when he needed her most.
Jhanak, lost in devotion, imagines Anirudh dancing with her as she sings. Overwhelmed, she faints. The priest calls for water. Anjana reflects—if Arshi truly loved Anirudh, she wouldn’t have left him. Dadu laments the family’s sins, saying children suffer for their parents’ greed. Dadi silences him, but Dadu insists Shubh’s ruthless ambition has consequences. Anjana prays Anirudh won’t pay for his father’s mistakes.
At the hospital, Shubh demands an update. Choton recounts how he handled everything alone after Arshi and Shrishti abandoned Anirudh. Bipasha defends them, but Choton stands firm. Tanuji reminds him of Anirudh’s sacrifices, and Choton vows he’d die for him. Aditya arrives, scolding them for their indifference—their son is fighting for his life, yet they’re arguing. Tanuji questions why he’s alone—wasn’t he with Jhanak? Aditya deflects, urging them to consult the doctor. Choton mentions Anirudh’s friends are present. Tanuji suggests moving him to a better hospital, but Shubh hesitates. Bablu begs to see Anirudh, but Shubh tells him to stay calm.
Aditya warns against transferring Anirudh—what if something goes wrong? Shubh snaps that he’ll handle his son’s care. Choton lashes out—none of them ever understood what Anirudh truly wanted.
Back at the temple, the priest revives Jhanak. She insists on completing the puja—she must take the sacred flowers to Anirudh. The crowd, moved by her devotion, lets her go first. A stranger provides the puja items, and as the priest chants, Jhanak prays desperately. He reminds her to link Anirudh’s name with hers—they are one now. She whispers, “Jhanak Bose.”
