Vihaan urges Akshat to note down the truck number as they confront the driver. The driver quickly defends himself, saying he’s done nothing wrong. Vihaan turns to Jhanak and gently asks if she remembers anything. She tries to recall but remains silent. Sensing her distress, Vihaan tells her not to stress and invites her to come with him. Akshat suggests they all go to Vihaan’s house. Jhanak, lost in memories of Anirudh and Arshi, feels heartbroken. With nowhere else to turn, she quietly agrees to go. Vihaan asks if she trusts him. Jhanak replies that she doesn’t have any other option. She gets into the car with him, her expression filled with resignation. At the same time, Lalon is speaking to Tanuja and Shubh. He expresses how Appu has never received proper love or care due to their financial situation. He insists they need to be more mindful of Appu’s diet, considering her fragile health. When Appu sadly remarks that she doesn’t have long to live, Lalon quickly clarifies that he didn’t mean it that way. Tanuja brushes off the concern, saying she can’t cook and instructs Shubh to order food instead. But Lalon refuses the offer and insists they come back home with him. Shubh asks if Lalon will return the Bose house to them.

Lalon bluntly denies it. He reveals that although Anuradha wanted him to give the property back, he doesn’t intend to do so. Instead, he offers to let them live there as long as they want, adding that he’d rather leave the property to Appu’s parents than to anyone else. Shubh quietly simmers at the insult.vihaan, meanwhile, watches Jhanak caring for his baby. He gently asks for the child, but she says the baby is sleeping peacefully, so she’ll hold him a bit longer. Vihaan asks if she’d like anything to eat, but she refuses. He and Akshat then go for tea. During their break, Akshat warns Vihaan about how his family will react to Jhanak. Vihaan admits he plans to tell them the truth—that he found Jhanak and brought her home. Akshat urges him not to say anything, reminding him that his family is excited about his return and is planning a grand welcome. Vihaan feels guilty for ruining their happiness but insists he has no other option. Akshat brings up Vihaan’s late wife. Vihaan, his voice heavy, explains that she died in a plane crash. Akshat encourages him to move on, for the sake of the baby. Vihaan, though, still can’t imagine loving someone else. The conversation turns somber as they both fall silent.
At the Rajput house, Ketki, Vihaan’s mother, is happily preparing for her son’s return. She’s eager to welcome him home. Meanwhile, back with Appu, she shares how her parents have struggled. She insists that Anjana shouldn’t be made to work, and that Tanuja should take responsibility instead. Shubh tries to argue, saying he has no job and no money, but Lalon reminds him that the money belongs to his father and refuses to return it. Shubh clarifies that he didn’t ask for any. Lalon stands firm, gives them a final chance to decide, and walks out, saying he’ll wait outside. Shubh finally tells Tanuja to pack their bags—they’ll go. Elsewhere, Mittal is furious with the goons for failing to keep Jhanak captive. She fears Kul Bhushan finding out. When Kul Bhushan arrives and starts asking about Jhanak, she lies, but he quickly grows suspicious. He goes to Jhanak’s room and finds it empty. One of the goons panics and spills the truth about her escape. Kul Bhushan is furious and terrified. He knows that if Jhanak reaches the police, their entire game will be over. He begins crafting a cover story to protect himself.
Vihaan and Akshat take Jhanak to their home. Vihaan gently asks her name. Jhanak, hesitant, thinks about giving a false one. Inside, Akshat asks his wife to prepare food. Jhanak quietly admits that she has nowhere else to go. Vihaan comforts her, saying they can’t change the past but can try to shape the future. Akshat then explains to Jhanak how Vihaan lost his wife. Vihaan tells her about Avni, the woman he met and fell in love with in the US. They had married, but his conservative family never accepted her and never even saw her in person.
Akshat then makes a surprising suggestion—he tells Jhanak to pretend to be Vihaan’s wife. She is stunned. Akshat tries to reassure her, saying it’s only temporary, just to maintain the illusion and take care of the baby. Vihaan joins in, urging her to consider it, that it’s only for a few days. Jhanak is left speechless, trying to process this unexpected twist in her already chaotic life.
