Jhanak On Starlife Saturday 19th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Jhanak nervously asking Vihaan if anyone else knows her secret. Vihaan reassures her that aside from himself, only Akshar and Sarika are aware. He adds that he wants to tell Aniruddh too, since Aniruddh is his closest friend. But Jhanak panics at the thought and pleads with him not to share anything further. She’s afraid of being judged or misunderstood if the truth comes out. Vihaan sees the fear in her eyes and agrees to keep it just between them. Jhanak makes it clear that she has no intention of claiming any rights, hoping Vihaan doesn’t get the wrong idea. Vihaan admits that while he doesn’t even know her real name, he feels like he’s come to understand who she really is. He confesses that he once trusted Avni, and now, he trusts Jhanak the same way. Jhanak gently says he must still miss Avni terribly. Vihaan nods—his love for Avni hasn’t faded, and that kind of love is impossible to forget. Jhanak offers a glimmer of hope, wondering aloud if perhaps Avni might still be alive somewhere, since her body was never found after the crash. But Vihaan shuts the thought down.

The plane crash had been too devastating, and he’s already made peace with the truth. He’s focused now on giving Ahaan a good life. Avni, he says, was a beautiful soul, kind-hearted and special. Jhanak listens quietly, moved by the deep love in his words. She tells him that love like that can sometimes bring people back together. But in the same breath, she reflects sadly on how life hasn’t given her such chances. Vihaan doesn’t share her optimism. His only priority now is Ahaan. He asks her to stay a little longer, and she agrees, saying she finds calmness when she’s around Ahaan. She also says that, strict as Ketki may be, his family members aren’t bad people. Back in Kolkata, Choton tells Shubhankar that now he must be seeing Laal and Bipasha’s true nature. To lighten the mood, he suggests they go cut the cake. Arshi then presents Anjana with a saree, seeking her blessings. Tanuja, while complimenting Anjana’s good fortune, makes a pointed comment about not receiving a gift herself. Arshi explains she’s finally making her own decisions and feels Anjana deserves this gift. She also quips that Tanuja already owns plenty of designer sarees. Choton gently tells Arshi to take care of herself, and Arshi responds that she’s trying to change for the sake of her unborn child—she doesn’t want to pass down any bad traits. Anjana playfully says the best gift would be if Meenu agrees to marry Choton. But Arundhati cuts in, saying now isn’t the right time for that discussion.
Later, Jhanak brings up the topic of Priyanshi’s marriage. She’s disturbed by how young Priyanshi is and questions the need to marry her off so soon. Vihaan tries to defend the decision, saying it’s the family’s tradition and that Priyanshi isn’t highly educated. Jhanak challenges him, asking what his plans are for the future. Vihaan reveals that he intends to stay in the village, at least for Ahaan’s sake. He also requests that Jhanak let him know in advance if she ever plans to leave. She agrees but worries quietly about the consequences if the police find out about the goon’s death. That night, Vihaan ends up sleeping on the sofa while Jhanak takes the bed.
Meanwhile, Anjana expresses how happy she is to have the whole family around, but confesses she misses Jhanak dearly. Bablu reassures her, saying Jhanak is a good person and nothing bad will happen to her. Arshi agrees and says that God always writes beautiful endings for people like Jhanak. Apu playfully teases Arshi about how sweet she’s become lately and nudges Bipasha to try being nice too. With laughter in the air, Anjana finally cuts the birthday cake.
The next day brings Jhanak’s muh dikhai ceremony. As expected, Ketki doesn’t miss the chance to criticize Jhanak in front of all the guests. One of the ladies asks Jhanak if she’s truly happy. Jhanak simply says she’s fine. Elsewhere, Srishti meets Arshi and informs her that she plans to return home soon. Arshi, unbothered, tells her to be prepared for whatever the court’s verdict may be—she might not have a home to return to. She also makes it clear that Srishti should stay far away from her personal matters.
Later, Vihaan tells Aniruddh about a dance performance, inviting him to participate. But Aniruddh declines, saying dancing isn’t for him. He reflects on how his life took a turn—how his sense of responsibility cost him the love of his life. And then he says something that catches even him off guard: Vihaan’s wife reminds him so much of Jhanak.
UPCOMING
Aniruddh is stunned when he sees Jhanak. He stops her and confronts her, accusing her of changing her identity. Jhanak, calm but firm, replies that he has lost the right to question her.
