The episode begins with high tension as Arshi confronts Shrishti, saying she won’t be fooled. Shrishti tells her to go pack her bags. Tanuja questions if she really wants to take Arshi with her, and Shrishti says there’s no other choice—after all, Arshi has her own home and food. Tanuja is left speechless and says she feels ashamed. Anirudh joins in, asking what use shame is if it changes nothing.

Meanwhile, Dadi asks Shubh to call Anirudh, worried he may actually be unwell. She had noticed he looked sick. But Shrishti is convinced it’s all fake. She believes Anirudh made up his illness just to avoid leaving Jhanak. She’s sure Jhanak came up with the idea. Shrishti urges Arshi to come with her. Bipasha tries to calm things down, but Arshi refuses. She blames Anirudh for ruining her life and says no one understands her pain because they’ve never gone through it. Lal asks her to wait for Anirudh to speak for himself, but Arshi says it’s pointless—she knows he no longer wants to go abroad, and she’s not staying either. She admits she no longer loves Anirudh.
She breaks down and says he doesn’t deserve her love. Shrishti insists they leave now, adding that they’ll stop by the police station too. Shubh admits Anirudh is at fault but still wants to save his relationship with Arshi. Tanuja fears the family will break apart if this continues. But Arshi says it’s too late. She only came to take her belongings and jewellery. Dadi is hurt and asks if Arshi really thinks they would steal from her. Arshi coldly replies that she just wants to collect her things.
Choton goes to Jhanak. She asks if he informed the family. He says no, he hasn’t been able to reach them yet, but he will. Just then, Aditya arrives with news—he spoke to a highly skilled young cardiologist who has performed many successful heart surgeries. Jhanak is shocked to hear talk of surgery. She can’t believe Anirudh is in such a condition—he was always fit. Choton tells her that Anirudh had stopped eating and exercising, like he had given up on life. Jhanak breaks down in tears, blaming herself. She says she mistreated Anirudh to make him forget her, and now he’s suffering. Choton gently consoles her, saying life is too short for regrets and that if Arshi no longer wants to be with Anirudh, he can file for divorce.
Back at the house, Arshi refuses to stay. She argues with Shubh and tells Shrishti she’s ready to leave. Shrishti tells her to list her items and give a copy to the family. Anjana jumps in and says there’s no need—they won’t even touch Arshi’s cupboard. She can take the keys. Shrishti tells Anjana not to interfere. Arshi tells Bipasha to let her leave. Anjana feels insulted that Arshi suspects them of theft. Tanuja tells her not to talk unnecessarily. But Anjana points out that the accusations are aimed at them all. Dadi tries to bring focus back to Anirudh’s condition, reminding everyone that he was seriously ill. Shubh tries calling Choton, but he’s not picking up.
Shrishti mocks the situation, saying Anirudh must be forging reports to support his lies. Appu breaks down, saying Anirudh wouldn’t leave without seeing her. She pleads to be taken to him, questioning why he’s with Arshi when it’s Jhanak who truly loves him. Bablu tries to calm her but regrets telling her. Anuradha reassures him he did no wrong. Arshi returns with her jewellery and says she’ll collect the rest later. Tanuja begs her to stay, calling her the “Laxmi” of the house. Arshi harshly tells her to worry about her son’s health before trying to stop her. Shubh insists this is her home, but Arshi walks away. Lalon finds Appu crying. When he asks why, she says Anirudh has gone abroad because Arshi forced him to. Appu begs Lalon to take her to the airport. He and Bablu try to explain that they won’t be allowed to meet him. She calls them bad and continues to cry. Lalon hugs her to comfort her. Kajal arrives and says her mother sent her for some work. Anuradha inquires about it. Meanwhile, Kajal sees Appu’s heartbreak and also cries.
At Shrishti’s house, she brings Arshi home. Vinayak is surprised and asks about the flight. Shrishti explains that Anirudh canceled it, pretending to have chest pain. Vinayak is concerned—it could be serious. But Arshi dismisses it, insisting Anirudh is perfectly healthy and just making excuses to avoid going. Vinayak tries to reason that the stress of life can affect health, but Arshi refuses to believe anything’s wrong.
Shrishti believes Anirudh will now use fake medical documents to protect himself if taken to court. She tells Arshi that she was blinded by love and now must face the reality—Anirudh has chosen Jhanak. Arshi says she only married him because of the pressure from society, but Shrishti doesn’t believe her. They argue until Vinayak suggests taking legal action. Arshi agrees and insults Choton, calling him useless. Vinayak expresses concern—what if Anirudh really did have a heart attack? Arshi still doesn’t believe it. Vinayak insists the chances are 50-50. Shrishti blames Choton again for influencing Anirudh. She says they should go to court and end this once and for all.
Vinayak tries to call Choton, but his phone is switched off. He prays for Anirudh’s well-being.
Back in the hospital, Choton gently tells Jhanak that destiny has bonded her with Anirudh. Aditya agrees. Jhanak is filled with worry, wondering how Anirudh’s condition got so bad. Just then, the doctor enters with the reports. Aditya recognizes him as the heart specialist. Choton informs them that Anirudh has been put on life support. Aditya confirms he has all the updates. Jhanak questions why they weren’t informed earlier. Aditya calms her, revealing that Anirudh has a serious heart blockage and surgery will be very risky.
Jhanak is devastated and remembers a past religious ceremony she did for his well-being. She runs to take the car, saying she has to do something. When Choton and Aditya offer to come with her, she refuses. Crying, she says she can’t live without Anirudh and swears she will save him no matter what.

Anirudh says, “My wife Jhanak is crying.” Just then, the doctor arrives and informs everyone that Anirudh is calling out for his wife, Jhanak. Jhanak steps forward holding a flower to place on Anirudh’s forehead. However, Tanuja intervenes, stopping her and pushing her away. In response, Jhanak picks up a trishul and demands that everyone step aside.
