The episode opens with a heated argument between Jhanak and Arshi. Bablu and Choton support Jhanak, saying no one has the right to throw her out. Arshi claims that only those she approves can stay in the hospital. Just then, the doctor walks in and says it’s good that everyone is gathered—something unexpected has happened. Anirudh’s condition is stable now. Everyone is overjoyed. The doctor says an operation is needed and asks if the paperwork is complete. Choton replies that it is. The doctor walks away. Arshi turns to Choton and asks if he signed. Choton says it doesn’t matter. Shrishti and Tanuja ask him to tell the truth. Bipasha and Lal push him to reveal the name. Jhanak asks Arshi why she cares. Shrishti gets angry. Choton offers himself for punishment if necessary. Aditya jumps in and questions Arshi. He reminds her that she wasn’t around when Anirudh got sick. He accuses her of abandoning him at the dhaba and asks how they can be sure she wasn’t behind his condition. Jhanak tells him to leave it. Arshi says to ignore them, and promises her mother she will now set boundaries. She tells Jhanak to leave because she’s not needed anymore. Jhanak refuses and says Arshi has no right to decide. She says she’ll even ask the doctor to let Arshi sign the documents if that’s what it takes. But she’s not leaving until Anirudh is better. Tanuja says they will throw her out. Aditya reminds them they’ve tried that before. Jhanak calmly says let them speak as much as they want, then tells Aditya to come to the waiting area. They walk away. Suddenly, Arshi follows and pushes Jhanak. Just then, Anirudh opens his eyes and calls Jhanak’s name. Jhanak falls. Aditya, Choton, and Bablu rush to help her.

The doctor asks Anirudh if he wants to say something. Shrishti praises Arshi. Aditya asks the nurse to assist Jhanak. Anirudh, still weak, says Jhanak is hurt—she’s his wife. Shrishti drags Arshi away. The nurse asks how Jhanak got hurt. Aditya says she fainted but blames Arshi for pushing her. He threatens not to spare Arshi. At home, Lalon arrives. Appu shows him her dolls. Both Anuradha and Lalon are emotional. He promises to support her. Anuradha says Bablu told her not to let Appu know what’s happening. Lalon says even Choton called him. He shares an idea with Anuradha. She refuses and says not that way. She asks Appu to go out with Lalon. Appu asks where they’re going, but agrees and says it will be fun. She puts the dolls away and tells Anuradha to dress her up. Appu tells her not to cry. Lalon says to get her ready. Anuradha takes her.
Jhanak wakes up. Aditya says he will report the incident. Jhanak stops him and says to forget it. Tanuja asks if it will cause problems. Shubh says no and reminds them to act like they saw nothing. He says not to worry about Aditya. Arshi and Shrishti come back. Bablu scolds them. Shrishti challenges him. Aditya says there’s no point arguing—he saw everything and will speak up at the police station. Arshi taunts Aditya and asks who he thinks he is. A hospital staff member arrives and tells them they’re not allowed to fight inside. Shubh lies and says they weren’t present. Aditya stands firm and says he witnessed it all. Choton insists they must seek justice.
Bablu agrees and praises Choton. Jhanak stops Choton and says Anirudh’s operation is more important. Arshi questions Jhanak’s involvement. Aditya says no one can help her now. Bablu defends Jhanak and says Arshi pushed her on purpose—it could’ve been worse. Jhanak says she’s fine. The doctor arrives and tells the family to inform Anirudh’s wife so she can be present for better results. The other doctor agrees and says they need to prepare for surgery. Lalon talks to Choton over the phone, saying he’s taking Appu to the hospital. Choton warns him that Anjana isn’t around to help. Lalon says he’ll manage. Bablu asks if Appu can handle the truth and whether Lalon will abandon her if she can’t. Lalon says he won’t leave her. He asks about Anirudh. Bablu replies there’s been no progress. Lalon says not to lose hope. Appu asks what happened to Anirudh. Lalon says they’re going to meet him and leaves with her.
The doctor comes to the family again. Shubh insists Jhanak is not family and calls her an outsider. The doctor says Anirudh kept calling Jhanak’s name after the accident. He asked about her and was clearly worried. He says Jhanak is in pain. Tanuja says Jhanak isn’t his wife. The doctor apologizes but adds that Anirudh’s condition improved after she brought him a flower. Tanuja rudely says Jhanak is low-class and means nothing to them. The doctor replies they can’t say that, because Anirudh started to get better after she arrived. He says they want Jhanak to meet Anirudh before the operation. She agrees. Arshi tries to leave with her mom, but Shrishti stops her. Choton asks Bablu to call the police. Arshi says she didn’t even meet Anirudh and accuses them of harassment. Bablu says hurting Jhanak has consequences. Jhanak stops Bablu and says she forgives Arshi. She tells everyone not to involve the police—Anirudh’s health comes first. Aditya argues that wrongdoers shouldn’t be forgiven. Arshi is shocked. Jhanak says Arshi has no proof of Anirudh’s love and is taking it out on her. Love can’t be forced.
Arshi says she should’ve stayed away. Shrishti tells her to go see Anirudh. Arshi refuses. Shubh insists. Jhanak taunts Arshi and warns her not to hurt Anirudh again. She says she’s hurt but forgives Arshi. She warns her not to say anything wrong to Anirudh. If his condition worsens again, she won’t forgive her next time.

Arshi arrives at the hospital only to face the doctors’ stern warning: “Your presence is worsening his condition – you must leave immediately.” As she retreats, Anirudh’s weak voice calls out for Jhanak. Without hesitation, Jhanak rushes to his side, grasping his hand. “I’m right here,” she whispers. With fading strength, Anirudh murmurs, “Promise me…yours will be the first face I see after surgery.” Tears glistening, Jhanak nods firmly. “I swear it.”
