The episode begins with Anirudh saying that the ad agency contacted him and wanted a new face for their commercial. He suggested her name, and they agreed. He told them not to mention his name because he was certain she would refuse, but he genuinely wants her to succeed and become famous. He mentions that he knows she’ll only meet Appu, Choton, Anjana, and Bablu, no one else. Anirudh says sadly that he’s leaving with his wife because there are too many misunderstandings in his life. He tells Jhanak that he loves her and can’t stop thinking about her. He feels emotional, thinking about her, while Jhanak, in tears, reflects on how she can’t live without him. She cries, saying, “I love you, Sir ji,” and feels as though this distance is the greatest punishment she has to endure. She doesn’t know how she’ll live the rest of her life without him.

Mrinalini announces that she’s going home, but Choton insists that he has something important to talk about. Anjana jokes about how Choton and Mrinalini have become friends, and Dadi laughs, saying it would have been better if they had gotten married. She also points out that Choton lacks direction in his life and doesn’t have a wife. Dadi and Anjana continue to tease him. Choton says that he has made up his mind about something. Anjana asks if he plans to remain unmarried, but Choton clarifies that he’s not saying that. He wants to marry but isn’t in a rush. They then joke about him marrying Meenu, and Choton says he wants to marry, but he’s still figuring it out. Anjana and Dadi smile, understanding that he’s come to a decision about his future.
Meanwhile, Arshi enters the room and notices that Anirudh hasn’t packed yet. He tells her to handle it, as he’s not feeling good about the whole situation. Arshi, understanding his mood, assures him that everything will be fine. Aditya enters and says he’s there to check on the preparations. Jhanak tells him they are leaving for two days, but Aditya mentions that the creative director wants to talk to her. She agrees to talk to him, and Aditya calls the director. The director expresses excitement, thanking Anirudh for suggesting Jhanak for the commercial, mentioning that their pairing is a hit. He adds that Anirudh is leaving for a project abroad in two days. Jhanak and Aditya are both shocked by this revelation.
Meanwhile, Appu and Lalon are talking when the Commissioner enters, bringing a special dish for them. Appu is thrilled because it’s her favorite dish, and she comments that Shubh never gave her this particular dish. Anuradha encourages her to enjoy it today. The Commissioner gets emotional, talking about the wealth and success Shubh is enjoying, which, according to him, comes from the property that belonged to Appu’s husband. This news saddens Anuradha, and Appu asks if Shubh had always been poor. Meanwhile, Jhanak is informed that Anirudh is leaving for an office project abroad. She listens but makes it clear that she doesn’t want to hear anything about Anirudh.
Back at Choton’s house, he finally announces that he wants to get married, surprising everyone. He says he wants to marry Meenu, but there’s hesitation since Meenu had already refused him. Dadi and Anjana express happiness that he’s ready for marriage, saying that they’ll help him find the right bride. Choton insists that he’s serious about marrying Meenu now, and they smile, feeling hopeful. However, they remind him that Meenu needs to agree.
In the kitchen, Jhimli brings tea, and Kajal enters. Appu offers Kajal chocolates, but Kajal says she needs to go home to take care of her sick mother. Appu insists she stay, but Kajal declines, although she agrees to prepare food for everyone before leaving. The Commissioner once again brings up the legal action they will take to reclaim the property that Shubh’s friends took. Anuradha agrees with the idea, and Lalon, though hesitant, is supported by Anuradha in this plan.
Jhanak, still processing everything, talks about Anirudh’s departure. She says that Anirudh will have a successful life with his family, while she will be left behind, unable to be a part of his world. Aditya, trying to lighten the mood, plays a romantic song. Arshi immediately stops him, saying no romantic songs. Jhanak gets irritated, telling Aditya not to interfere with her life. Aditya tries to explain that he only wants the best for her. Arshi, feeling uncomfortable, questions Anirudh’s loyalty, to which Anirudh responds, asking why she’s still with him if she has doubts.
