Jhanak On Starlife Tuesday 15th July 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Vihaan’s family taking Jhanak to the cowshed for a traditional ritual. Babuji questions Ketki about the need to rush through it, but Ketki curtly tells him to stay out of it, claiming she knows what’s best for the household. Jhanak, unfazed, assures Babuji that she isn’t scared and is ready to take on the task. Babuji praises her spirit and reminds her that love shown to the cow, Lakshmi, will surely be returned. Ketki addresses the cow playfully, warning it not to kick Jhanak. When Mehek suggests a gentler tone, Ketki silences her, insisting she doesn’t need advice on managing her family. Jhanak says she’s willing to learn, but Ketki demands she prove herself through work first, accusing her of getting overconfident after yesterday’s success in the kitchen. Just then, Ajay arrives and begins recording the scene, claiming it will go viral. Jhanak objects strongly, questioning how Ketki, who restricts women inside the home, is now allowing them to be publicly filmed. Ketki scolds her for being disrespectful, but Jhanak stands her ground and refuses to participate unless the recording stops. Vihaan steps in, backing Jhanak and confronting Ketki for allowing the filming without anyone’s consent. Though Ketki tries to justify it, the rest of the family criticizes her, and Ajay is asked to leave.

Elsewhere, Anirudh gets ready to go out, struggling with guilt over leaving Arshi in her condition. Arshi gently urges him to go, even suggesting he stop by Vihaan’s house to find Jhanak. Anirudh denies any such intention, but Arshi insists he follow his heart and promises she won’t stop him anymore. Back in the cowshed, Prachi and Sejal support Jhanak, recalling how no one ever filmed them during their first experience milking a cow. Praveen Kumar rebukes Ketki and Ajay for turning the ritual into a spectacle. Jhanak, undeterred, borrows Vihaan’s phone and looks up instructions on how to milk a cow. She manages to do it successfully, earning praise from most of the family—except Ketki and Sejal, who remain cold. In a bitter tone, Ketki assigns Jhanak the task of cleaning cow dung. Vihaan tries to protest, but Jhanak agrees to do it, determined to prove herself. Meanwhile, Arshi confesses to Anirudh that she regrets the pain she caused him and Jhanak. She feels hopeless about her future and tells him to stop sacrificing his own happiness for her sake. Anirudh is moved by her words and promises to stay in touch before leaving. At the same time, Rumi notices Mimi’s withdrawal from family events and questions her. Mimi reflects on their parents’ mistakes and her own treatment of Jhanak, expressing deep remorse. Though Rumi tries to comfort her, Mimi remains burdened by guilt.
Jhanak continues with the rituals, performing the puja for Lakshmi and completing the milking task. As the family watches on, Ketki again bitterly assigns her the humiliating job of cleaning dung, and Jhanak silently accepts it.
