The episode begins with Anirudh talking to Aditya. Anirudh says that the Guruji they met at the ashram looked like Brij Bhushan, but he wasn’t him. Aditya tells him that Brij is coming to Kolkata tomorrow. He also mentions that he is planning to go to Mumbai, where he heard a performer named Nutan will be performing, and Brij will be there too. He asks Anirudh if he would like to join him. Anirudh agrees. Meanwhile, the Pandit is giving instructions for the rituals. Appu cries for Jhanak, and Anjana tries to console her.
Aditya reminds Anirudh that they should not avoid this. He says they have to face Brij and find out the truth. Anirudh says their previous plan failed. Aditya agrees but insists they should confront Brij and tell him they know he is Jhanak’s real father. He reminds Anirudh that they have Urvashi’s letter. Anirudh worries about what will happen if Brij denies everything, since Urvashi isn’t alive to confirm it. Aditya says it’s their responsibility to expose him. He convinces Anirudh to come. Meanwhile, the Pandit asks for Jhanak’s name and Gotra. Dadi says she doesn’t know. Arshi offers to call Mama ji and ask. Just then, Anirudh arrives and says there’s no need.
Anirudh looks at Jhanak’s photo and recalls their marriage. The song “Paas Aaye” plays in the background. Appu hugs Anirudh while crying. On the other side, Brij Bhushan introduces Jhanak as Nutan to a woman. He asks the woman to groom Nutan properly. The Pandit tells everyone that they should prepare Nutan in a way that no one recognizes her. Shubh asks Anirudh if he knows her Gotra. Anirudh says it’s Gautam Gotra. Shubh is shocked because it’s their family Gotra. Anirudh then reveals that he and Jhanak are married.
Bipasha tries to calm Arshi, telling her that Anirudh will soon come back to her. Meenakshi asks Appu to sing for Jhanak one last time. Appu sings a song while remembering Jhanak and cries. Anirudh hugs her. Meanwhile, the woman praises Brij Bhushan and says sometimes even a Guru has secrets in his life. She tells Nutan that she will be shocked when she finds out. Jhanak says she doesn’t want surprises, only answers. Brij promises she will meet her father tomorrow.
Elsewhere, Kajal visits Anuradha. Kajal says she got a promotion at work and is very busy, but Jhimli insists she stays a little longer. Kajal checks the newspaper and sees Nutan’s photo. She shows it to Anuradha. Later, Anuradha comes home with Appu and Lalon. Appu blames herself for not stopping Jhanak. Anuradha tells her not to cry too much or she will fall sick. Appu says she only wants Jhanak back. Lalon promises they are trying.
Meanwhile, the Pandit tells Jhanak that after she meets her father, all her questions will be answered. Jhanak says her mother never wanted her to know anything about her father. The woman says Brij has lost everything but is still standing strong. Brij says he wants to present Nutan with pride. Back at home, Kajal tries to comfort Appu by saying everything will be fine. She shows Nutan’s picture to Appu. Appu says the girl looks exactly like Jhanak and insists they all go watch the show. Anuradha reminds Appu to take her medicines and eat food. Appu thanks Kajal for helping. Kajal smiles and leaves after seeing Lalon.
At the same time, Brij asks the woman to get Nutan ready for the performance. Jhanak reminds him about his promise. Brij assures her that tomorrow she will finally meet her real father.

Jhanak is invited on the stage to perform. Brij Bhushan joins her. Everyone is shocked to see the real Brij Bhushan. Anirudh spots Jhanak and calls out to her. Brij announces that Nutan is his daughter. Jhanak looks shocked.
