The episode begins with Jhanak holding a flower offered by the priest. He expresses concern for her and asks if she’s feeling better. She assures him that she is. He encourages her to bring her husband for blessings once he recovers. Jhanak promises to return with him and requests his prayers. The priest consoles her, saying her husband will recover soon. She leaves with quiet determination.
Back at the hospital, Choton defends Anirudh, expressing frustration that no one seems to truly care about him. Shubh tries to shut him down, claiming Anirudh is his son. Bablu criticizes Shubh’s behavior, while Aditya accuses the family of treating the city like their personal property and states that Jhanak has every right to be there. Bipasha admits she spoke to Arshi, who thinks Anirudh is faking illness, and taunts Aditya. Bablu becomes furious, insisting that the doctors are trying to save Anirudh and that no one is staging a drama. He warns Lal to control Bipasha’s behavior. Aditya informs everyone that a top cardiologist is treating Anirudh, but the situation is critical and the surgery can’t happen until he stabilizes.

Just then, Jhanak arrives and calls out to Choton, drawing everyone’s attention. Shubh and Tanuja immediately lash out at her, accusing her of causing Anirudh’s condition. Bablu demands they stop blaming her without proof. Jhanak calmly declares she’s not afraid of anyone and asks what they truly want from her. Lal rudely tells her to leave the hospital, prompting Aditya to argue that the hospital is public, not their property. Bipasha mocks Aditya, hinting at his feelings for Jhanak.
Jhanak boldly stands her ground, declaring that Anirudh is her husband, and no one can deny that. Tanuja rejects the claim, but Jhanak insists that fate brought her here when her husband needed her most. She explains she went to perform a prayer for his health and wants to touch the blessed flower to his forehead. She says she won’t stay long, just wants to do her part as his wife.
Elsewhere, Appu is heartbroken, believing Anirudh has left. Lalon comforts her. Jhimli asks if he’s leaving for work. Lalon confirms and shares that he’s meeting a client to discuss Durga Puja decorations. He shows Appu pictures of the lights, making her smile. He assures her she’ll understand more when she sees it herself, and they share a sweet moment, exchanging a playful high-five.
Back at the hospital, Shubh continues opposing Jhanak. The hospital staff try to calm the situation, stating that the patient was admitted just in time and they won’t discharge him. Shubh insists that Jhanak isn’t part of their family. Choton anxiously asks the doctor about Anirudh’s condition, and the doctor shares that surgery is too risky until Anirudh stabilizes. Jhanak pleads to see him once. Tanuja angrily refuses and declares that Anirudh is married to someone else, accusing Jhanak of being mentally unstable. Shubh calls her a liar.
Jhanak strongly responds, saying that only God knows the truth about their relationship. She challenges them to prove she’s unstable and accuses them of failing in their responsibilities while she was away. Tearfully, she states that Anirudh is her husband and only hers. Bablu, touched by her sincerity, tells Choton to take her inside, believing a miracle might happen.
Shubh blocks her path again. Jhanak, visibly emotional, lashes out at him, saying that she respected him as her father-in-law, but he’s proven himself to be selfish and deceitful. Meanwhile, Jhimli and Lalon try to feed Appu. She asks Lalon not to leave. He explains he has to handle an issue with decorators. Suddenly, he gets a call confirming something important and begins dancing with excitement. Appu, hopeful, asks if Anirudh is coming back.
Back at the hospital, Aditya urges everyone to let Jhanak go inside. Shubh still refuses. Bipasha and Tanuja insult Jhanak again. Suddenly, the sacred flower slips from someone’s hand. Jhanak picks it up and says that by insulting her, they’ve insulted the Goddess. She hopes they regret this cruelty forever. Bipasha yells at her again, but Choton defends her, saying there’s nothing wrong with her wanting to bless Anirudh with the flower. Aditya reveals that Anirudh had once performed a similar puja for Jhanak when she was sick, and she recovered only after he touched the flower to her forehead. He calls their connection divine.
Tanuja and Shubh still resist, even threatening to call the police. Choton mocks them. The hospital staff suggest they all go to the waiting area, and a nurse says Jhanak cannot go in yet. Jhanak begs them all to let her meet Anirudh. Tanuja coldly pushes her away. Jhanak falls to the ground and begins to cry.
Jhanak, now fed up with pleading, stands up and picks up a trishul from the nearby puja setup. Her eyes blaze with intensity as she warns everyone to move aside. Tanuja is terrified, seeing Goddess Durga’s form in Jhanak. Jhanak then gently puts the trishul down, takes the flower, and walks away, leaving the others stunned.
Meanwhile, Jhimli and Lalon continue trying to cheer up Appu. Lalon hints that something amazing is about to happen, which lifts her spirits. At the hospital entrance, the nurse stops Jhanak again. Jhanak threatens to raise the trishul again if she’s stopped. The staff argue that Anirudh’s wife is someone else, but Jhanak challenges their assumptions, saying appearances can be misleading. She finally convinces them to let her inside.
In another scene, Anuradha finds Appu’s toy and gives her medicine. Finally, Jhanak reaches Anirudh’s hospital bed. She recalls their wedding and stands by his side, holding back tears. The doctor gently warns her not to do anything that could emotionally stress the patient. They’re doing all they can to save him.

Anirudh requests the doctor to summon Jhanak. Arshi and Shrishti arrive at the scene. Arshi forcefully shoves Jhanak aside, causing her to fall. Shrishti praises Arshi’s action, remarking, “Well done Arshi, she only came to pretend sympathy for Anirudh.”
