Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 25th June 2025 Written Episode Update
Arshi stuns everyone by suddenly asking Aniruddh if he will accept her baby. The room falls silent in shock. Aniruddh, clearly caught off guard, questions why she would say something like that when he’s marrying Jhanak the very next day. Arshi stares back at him and asks if he’s accusing her of lying. She then hands him her medical report as proof. Srishti quickly supports Arshi and tells Aniruddh she’s not alone in this. Vinayak steps in, saying that no matter what, the baby deserves a father’s name. He insists Aniruddh should marry Arshi and then, if needed, divorce her later.

Srishti turns to Jhanak and throws a sarcastic question her way, asking if she still plans to be with Aniruddh even after this. Arshi quickly tells her mother to stop and let Aniruddh speak for himself. Bipasha tries to lighten the mood by calling it good news and wonders why Arshi didn’t share it earlier. Srishti explains that even Arshi only found out recently. Then she blames the Basu family for not looking after Arshi properly and says Aniruddh now has a responsibility he can’t run away from—he must marry her. Shubhankar agrees with her. Bablu raises a concern, pointing out that Arshi had been out of the house recently. But Vinayak doesn’t want to hear it—he says Arshi wouldn’t lie. He even suggests a DNA test if people still have doubts.
Jhanak speaks up, reminding Aniruddh that he once swore there was no physical relationship between him and Arshi. Aniruddh nods, saying he did say that, and he still doesn’t know why Arshi is claiming otherwise. Arshi cuts him off, saying he can’t insult her like this in front of everyone. Arundati urges Aniruddh not to do something so wrong. Jhanak tells him that if the baby really is his, then he has to step up and take responsibility. Aniruddh, feeling cornered, finally admits that he was drunk that night and doesn’t remember what happened. Tanuja tries to stop him from saying more, clearly uncomfortable with the direction this is going.
Shubhankar declares that Arshi is already part of their family, and now, as the mother of Aniruddh’s child, she must stay with them. Mrinalini backs him up, saying that even if Aniruddh divorces her later, right now he must do the right thing. But Jhanak surprises everyone by saying that now Arshi must take care of Aniruddh. Her statement confuses the family. Aniruddh tries to dismiss the topic, but Jhanak insists that this is the moment to speak the truth. Aditya steps in and tells Aniruddh to make a choice—Arshi or Jhanak.
Shubhankar repeats that Aniruddh must stay with Arshi. Bablu agrees. Lalon says the same, adding that he can divorce her after giving the child his name. Arshi loses her temper and yells at Lalon for talking that way. Even Shubhankar scolds Lalon. Lalon, however, fires back, telling Shubhankar not to speak to him like that.
Anjana then tells Jhanak to step back and walk away. Jhanak looks at Aniruddh and says he has to marry Arshi tomorrow. She also mentions that Aniruddh is not well. The whole family is taken aback by this new revelation. Shubhankar asks how they didn’t know about this sooner. Mrinalini says she’s known for a while. Jhanak turns to Aniruddh and accuses him of hiding his condition from her. Aniruddh insists that he never lied. Arshi steps forward and asks him directly if he’s denying that anything ever happened between them. Aniruddh tells her honestly that he has no memory of it because he was drunk.
Vinayak tells Aniruddh that this is it—he has to make a decision. Aniruddh finally says that if the baby truly is his, he will take full responsibility for the child—but not for Arshi. He makes it clear that he sees the situation as a mistake. Arshi calmly says she doesn’t need anyone—she can raise her baby on her own. Mrinalini tells the Basu family that Aniruddh should receive proper medical treatment so he can live as long as possible. Bablu, stunned, asks Aniruddh what’s wrong with him. Aniruddh brushes the question off and says he doesn’t want to talk about it right now. Arshi turns to him and asks again what illness he’s hiding from them.
Aniruddh, overwhelmed and defeated, turns to Jhanak and apologizes. Jhanak, heartbroken, says she trusted him with all her heart, but this is what she’s gotten in return. She declares she will leave the house tonight and return tomorrow only to finish what she came to do. She says no one can stop her now. Then she looks at Arshi and pleads with her not to leave Aniruddh now that she knows the truth about his condition.
Bipasha tries to play it down, saying these things happen between married couples and accuses Jhanak of trying to scare Arshi with talk of illness. But Jhanak ignores her, saying she doesn’t care what Bipasha thinks. She asks Mrinalini if she can stay at her house for the night. Anjana mutters that Jhanak wouldn’t be in this position if she had listened to her earlier. Jhanak replies that she made the mistake of trusting Aniruddh. Without another word, she walks out, saying she’ll return tomorrow.
Arshi turns to Aniruddh and demands to know what illness he’s hiding. Aniruddh simply tells her that he’s a liar and a betrayer. He tells her to come back tomorrow and walks away to his room.
