The episode starts with Jhanak meeting Anirudh, who is unconscious. She gently touches a flower to his forehead as the emotional song “Tanha sa dil hai mera…” plays in the background. She thinks about their past moments together and tells him she only wants to see him healthy and happy. Holding his hand, she admits that living without him has been a mistake, and she has hurt herself more than anyone. She confesses she can’t live happily away from him and that he is her husband, her best friend, and her everything. She says she will accept any pain, but she cannot stay away from him.
Jhanak tells him she brought the flower from a temple they were supposed to visit together. She says even if they can’t be together physically, they will always be under the same sky. She continues to talk to him, saying that although she can’t tell the world, she knows and accepts that he is her husband—and her mother-in-law, Anuradha, knows the truth too.

Meanwhile, Anuradha gives chocolate to Appu and asks her to read Anirudh’s letter. Appu says Anirudh must have written it and refuses to read. Then Bablu calls Anuradha with shocking news about Anirudh’s condition. Anuradha lies to Appu to protect her. Appu, not knowing the truth, prays for the person who is unwell.
At the hospital, Arshi and Shrishti arrive. Arshi is skeptical and says she doesn’t believe Anirudh is seriously ill. Bipasha tells them that Jhanak is involved. Bablu and Choton scold Lal for gossiping. Arshi is furious to hear Jhanak’s name. Tanuja confirms that Anirudh’s condition is critical. Arshi says she doesn’t trust doctors and wants to meet Jhanak. Aditya tells her Jhanak is upstairs, and she taunts him, but he firmly puts her in her place.
In Anirudh’s room, the doctor asks Jhanak to leave. She refuses, saying Anirudh is responding to her presence. The nurse agrees and says it’s nothing short of a miracle. The doctor admits Anirudh is showing signs of improvement because of the emotional bond he shares with Jhanak. But he still asks her to step out. Jhanak pleads for a little more time.
Aditya stands up to Arshi and her family, saying he will protect Jhanak from injustice. He reminds Arshi that she won a dance title only because of Jhanak and should be thankful. He also accuses her of not caring about Anirudh—unlike Jhanak, who went to the temple and prayed for him when doctors had given up.
Shubh interrupts and calls Jhanak a curse. Arshi challenges Jhanak, saying she is still Anirudh’s wife and wants to see him. Choton defends Jhanak and reminds Arshi that she left Anirudh. Shrishti accuses them of inviting Jhanak, but Choton explains they met her by chance and maybe it was God’s plan to reunite Anirudh and Jhanak.
Tanuja mocks Jhanak’s flower from the temple. But Choton insists that miracles do happen. Arshi asks Shrishti if she’ll come with her, but Shrishti tells her to focus on her Dubai trip instead of getting involved in family drama. Aditya reveals that Jhanak will also be attending the same Dubai dance festival—but unlike Arshi, she won’t leave Anirudh’s side.
Arshi gets annoyed and asks Aditya to leave, but he refuses, saying not everyone in the family is bad. He praises Bablu and Choton for supporting Jhanak. Arshi storms off and Shrishti follows her. At home, Appu talks to Anuradha about Anirudh and Jhanak. Anuradha tells her to read the letter, but Appu says she’s sure Anirudh will return soon.
Shrishti stops Arshi and says Jhanak doesn’t deserve to live anymore. Arshi then goes to see Anirudh. The nurse tells Jhanak to step out again and calls it a miracle—Anirudh is stable and ready for surgery. The doctor tells Jhanak it’s because of her prayers and emotional bond that Anirudh is now in a better state. Jhanak steps out and bumps into Arshi.
An intense argument breaks out between Jhanak and Arshi. Arshi angrily asks what Jhanak is doing there. Jhanak calmly replies and asks why Arshi wasn’t there for Anirudh when he needed her. Arshi accuses her of ruining both her life and Anirudh’s. Jhanak questions whether Anirudh ever told her that himself.
As the family gathers around, Bipasha and Lal taunt Jhanak again. Bablu asks Jhanak if she met Anirudh, and she replies that he is stable and will be taken for surgery. She says she has prayed for him and will stay until he’s completely fine.
Arshi scolds her and says she’s acting like Anirudh’s wife. Jhanak boldly says she is Anirudh’s wife—and she truly believes it. She reminds Arshi that a real wife would never leave her husband helpless on the road or fail to understand his heart. Jhanak accuses Arshi of only trying to defeat her and win, not love Anirudh genuinely.
She says Arshi married Anirudh for selfish reasons and wanted to shift abroad without thinking about his feelings. She holds Arshi responsible for pushing Anirudh toward her. Jhanak’s words anger the family again. Lal, Bipasha, and Shubh insult her. But Jhanak boldly says none of them can break this bond—only she has the right to end it.
UPCOMING
Arshi arrives at the hospital to see Anirudh. The doctors intervene sternly: “His condition is deteriorating because of your presence – you need to leave immediately.” Weak but determined, Anirudh whispers, “Bring me Jhanak…” Hearing this, Jhanak rushes to his side. “I’m right here,” she assures him. With fading strength, Anirudh murmurs, “After my surgery… I want yours to be the first face I see.” Fighting tears, Jhanak clasps his hand and promises, “Yes, I’ll be waiting when you wake up.”
