The episode opens with the police escorting Jhanak to court, her face calm but determined. Bipasha is granted a brief moment with her and immediately promises that bail will come through. She urges Jhanak to stay at her and Nandini’s home once she’s released. Jhanak gently asks Bipasha not to worry and to go back home, but Bipasha refuses, vowing to fight for her rights even though Laal won’t meet her. Jhanak quietly admits that she plans to leave the city once she is free, yet Bipasha remains firm that she will take her home no matter what.

Meanwhile, Anirudh calls the police commissioner to check on the charge sheet. The commissioner says he will look into it. When Anirudh explains that Jhanak is already being taken to court, the commissioner advises him to arrange for bail and to trust the legal process. Soon after, the commissioner finds the charge sheet and calls Anirudh back. Anirudh pleads for help, and the commissioner promises to be present in court.
At home, a police officer assures Dadi that she will receive her money. Dadi simply says that if it is in her fate, it will come. Appu enters and declares she does not want to meet Jhanak. Surprised, Kajol asks why she has changed her mind. Appu replies that Jhanak is suffering unfairly and she will never forgive Arshi for it. Jhimli tries to comfort her, saying Lalon is doing everything he can to help. Kajol recalls seeing Sarveshwar in the park and wonders if he was waiting for Bipasha. Dadi urges Appu to visit Jhanak, believing that nothing bad will happen to her.
At the courthouse, Arshi is startled to find Anirudh there and questions why he skipped work. Tanuja also asks why he has come. Anirudh replies that he wants to see just how low they are willing to go. Lalon confronts Arshi, warning her about the weight of her actions, but Arshi snaps that he has no right to judge her. Anirudh declares that he is only standing for the truth. Shubh tries to stop him from opposing Arshi in public, yet Anirudh refuses to back down, insisting he will make his own choices.
The police commissioner arrives soon after, and Anirudh quickly seeks his help. The commissioner explains that Jhanak has chosen to represent herself and introduces Inspector Sanjay, who will assist. Inside the courtroom, Anirudh offers to hire a lawyer for Jhanak, but she calmly refuses. Sanjay advises her to reconsider, warning that she will need legal representation at the next hearing, but Jhanak explains that she has no money for a lawyer. Anirudh grows emotional, telling her not to talk like that and assuring her she has every right to his support, but she stands firm and rejects his offer.
Arshi watches from across the room and pointedly asks why she should ever forgive Anirudh. Shubh puts all the blame on Jhanak, but to everyone’s surprise Arshi pushes back, saying it is wrong to hold only the woman responsible. She admits she regrets ever loving Anirudh. Tanuja tries to calm her, predicting that Jhanak will be sent to jail. Arshi sighs that she cannot even focus on her upcoming program in two days. Tanuja remains sure that Anirudh will eventually return to Arshi, but Arshi quietly says his feelings for Jhanak will not fade.
Outside, Appu anxiously calls Lalon and asks if he has met Jhanak. Lalon tells her about Jhanak’s decision to defend herself and reassures her that they will not let anything happen to Jhanak before hanging up.
Back inside, the hearing begins. Arshi’s lawyer accuses Jhanak of being responsible for the loss of Arshi’s baby. Jhanak stands tall before the judge and firmly denies the accusations, insisting she will fight her own case. The lawyer claims to have proof that will condemn her. Arshi watches coldly, certain that Jhanak has no way out this time.
