The episode begins with chaos as everyone rushes Arshi to the hospital. Shrishti tries to keep her calm, while Anirudh quickly calls for the doctor and hurries to complete the admission paperwork. Just then, Jhanak arrives, and Bipasha immediately questions why she is there. Shrishti shuts Bipasha down, reminding her that Jhanak is Arshi’s sister and telling her to keep quiet. The doctor arrives and asks about Arshi’s condition before taking her inside for examination. Shubh mutters that all of this could have been avoided if Anirudh had stayed with Arshi, but Vinayak advises him not to blame anyone right now. Shrishti also agrees, telling everyone to focus on Arshi’s well-being.
Nearby, a worried man pleads with a nurse to save his wife, promising any amount of money. The nurse assures him that they will do their best. Jhanak overhears this tense moment before being drawn back to her own family’s crisis. Inside, Arshi writhes in pain as the doctor examines her. She explains that Arshi’s water has started to break and asks Dr. Neha to keep her under close observation. The family is told to leave as Arshi needs to stay under medical supervision. Struggling to breathe, Arshi is reassured by the doctor, who tries to calm her down.
Anirudh anxiously asks the nurse for an update, and she explains that Arshi must be kept under observation overnight. Bipasha immediately presses for reassurance, but the nurse reveals that Arshi’s condition is critical, with the possibility of a premature delivery. This stuns everyone.
Jhanak softly asks if someone can stay with Arshi overnight. Before anyone can answer, Bipasha declares that Jhanak will not be allowed, even if the hospital permits it. Shrishti scolds Bipasha for her insensitivity. The nurse says no one can see Arshi at the moment. Shrishti insists that all major decisions regarding Arshi’s health will be hers to make, but Shubh urges her to stay calm. Their argument escalates until Shrishti accuses Bipasha of crossing her limits. Jhanak again asks if no one will stay, and Shrishti firmly tells Anirudh to remain by Arshi’s side. Jhanak offers to stay instead, but Anirudh refuses, saying Arshi wouldn’t want her presence. He explains that Arshi won’t object if he stays alone. He instructs everyone else to go home and focus on the post-wedding rituals. Nearby, the same man who pleaded with the nurse earlier overhears their conversation with curiosity.
Elsewhere, Jhimli argues with Anindo, telling him she always wanted an honest husband. When she calls him a betrayer, he reacts violently, slapping her and warning her to keep quiet.
Back at the Chatterjee house, Choton expresses his wish to go to the hospital, but Dadi insists he stay for the rituals. Anjana agrees, telling him he can go later. Choton mutters that Laal should have been the one to stay with Anirudh instead. Meanwhile, gossip begins to spread among the guests, many whispering about Jhanak’s presence. Dadi’s sister takes the chance to call Mrinalini unlucky, upsetting her. Mrinalini retorts that if she had known such accusations would come, she would not have performed the graha pravesh at all. She insists she is not unlucky.
Dadi’s sister criticizes her harshly, but Dadi tries to smooth things over. Mrinalini refuses to back down, and the tension grows until Dadi’s sister threatens to leave. Shubh begs her to stay, while Dadi apologizes on Mrinalini’s behalf. This only angers Mrinalini, who demands that Dadi’s sister apologize instead.
Elsewhere, Appu urges Lalon to contact the police commissioner, but Lalon says Anuradha doesn’t want him to intervene. Appu, emotional, asks Anuradha not to interfere and pleads for Jhimli to be forgiven. Anuradha softens, praising Appu as a good wife to Lalon. At that moment, Kajol arrives with food, her eyes brimming with tears, and urges Anuradha to eat. She serves the meal with love. When Appu hears about Arshi’s condition, she breaks down in tears. Lalon is shocked and upset that no one had told him earlier.
At the hospital, Jhanak arrives quietly with food for Anirudh. She asks if she can see Arshi, but he refuses, his voice heavy with worry. He confides in her that the doctors might ask him to make a heartbreaking choice—between saving Arshi or the baby. Jhanak is shaken to hear this and struggles to find words.
