The episode begins with Anirudh urging Jhanak to come home with him. Jhanak insists that if Nurse Sunita had truly informed her about Arshi’s delivery, she would have told him right away. She says no one ever mentioned anything to her and asks Anirudh if he really believes she would lie about such a thing. He stays silent, and Jhanak pleads with him to trust her. Anirudh once again asks her to return home, but Jhanak questions how she can go back when his entire family blames her for the loss of Arshi’s child. Anirudh tells her that fate decided the outcome, and they cannot change it now. He reassures her that he knows she is not capable of such a thing. Jhanak becomes emotional, while Anirudh, weighed down by grief, admits that he has just lost his child and doesn’t know what to do anymore. He begs her once more to come back with him.

Anirudh then helps Arshi sit down on the sofa. Anjana tries to console her, telling her she believes Arshi will be blessed with another child in the future. But Anirudh tells Arshi they have no proof of anything and must accept that the baby is gone. He urges her to gather strength and move forward. Shrishti, trying to calm her daughter, advises Arshi to focus on her dance career instead of thinking about Jhanak, reminding her that Jhanak will always remain a part of Anirudh’s life. Shubh disagrees, while Choton jumps in to defend Jhanak, saying she only wanted the truth but everyone keeps making her the scapegoat. Irritated, Arshi tells Choton to focus on his own marriage instead of interfering in hers.
Jhanak finally turns to Arshi and asks directly if she believes she stole her baby. Arshi denies it but accuses Jhanak of deliberately keeping her delivery a secret from the family. Jhanak firmly denies this, saying she had no involvement in either the delivery or the baby’s death. Shrishti brings up the nurses whispering about child theft, and Jhanak reveals she suspected that Omkar’s child was in fact Arshi’s. She explains she tried to prove it but ended up being accused instead. Bablu speaks up, saying people always blame Jhanak unfairly, and expresses disappointment at Shrishti’s sudden harshness. Shrishti insists she hasn’t changed and is only reacting to Jhanak’s actions. Jhanak responds bitterly that she doesn’t need anyone’s false love or concern.
Choton defends her again, saying she has done nothing wrong. But Arshi, her voice filled with pain, says she has only one request: she wants Jhanak to leave her life forever. Anirudh reminds Arshi that she destroyed Jhanak’s chance at a future with Vihaan, so now he will not allow her to throw Jhanak onto the streets. Mrinalini supports Anirudh’s view, but Shubh insists that no one is thinking about Arshi’s suffering.
Jhanak quietly assures Arshi that she will leave. Arshi, exhausted, asks to be left alone and goes to her room. Before leaving, Jhanak softly says she still believes Arshi’s baby is alive. Arshi becomes furious and yells at her to stop. Anirudh, shaken, asks Jhanak why she is so certain. Jhanak recalls overhearing a suspicious conversation between Omkar and Nurse Sunita. But Arshi angrily dismisses it as nothing more than Jhanak’s trick to stay close to Anirudh. Anirudh, overwhelmed, orders Jhanak never to speak of his child again, saying they cannot bear more grief. Jhanak accepts his words and quietly leaves.
Later, Mrinalini advises Choton to focus on his studies. But he argues that they are newly married and other things should take priority. Mrinalini insists that studies must come first.
Elsewhere, Anirudh finds Jhanak and asks if she truly plans to leave. Jhanak admits that she does, but Anirudh begs her to stay. She asks him what she really means to him, and he finally confesses the truth — they love each other, a bond neither of them can deny. He acknowledges that he is married to Arshi and can never openly be with Jhanak, but he still cannot let her go. Jhanak asks why he is saying this now. He tells her that if she leaves, he will go abroad. Pleading with her, he asks her to stay just for a few more days. Jhanak says she will think about it, but Anirudh tells her openly that he cannot live without her. He walks away, waiting for her answer.
