Leena makes her feelings clear, voicing her strong disapproval of Neil’s choice to marry Teju instead of Juhi. Alok and Amruta support her, admitting they understand Neil’s wish to help Mukta and her children, but they argue that marriage is not the way to do it. Neil tries to stand his ground, explaining that he knows Teju well and is certain about his decision. But Leena is unmoved. She firmly declares that if he goes ahead with this marriage, she will not support it—and with those words, she walks away, leaving Neil and the family shaken.

At the Chavan house, Mukta and her children face harsh scolding for going to the temple with Neil. Mukta defends herself, reminding them that nobody objected when they were about to go with their neighbors, yet the moment Neil stepped in, it became an issue. Satish questions why she couldn’t simply agree with him instead of creating unnecessary conflict. Lakshmi too berates Mukta and her children, leaving them humiliated.Meanwhile, Vinod tries to reason with Neil, urging him to marry Juhi instead of Teju and warning him not to chase something that will only end in failure. Neil pushes back, insisting his choice is not impossible. Alok wonders if someone has influenced Neil’s thinking, hinting at mistrust, and Amruta agrees with him. Jeetu also advises Neil to rethink his decision. Feeling hurt, Neil tells Jeetu he expected more understanding from him as an artist but finds that even he is no different from the rest of the family. Vinod presses further, asking if Neil is truly prepared to go against Leena.
Neil answers that he will never go against her but asks them all to respect and consider his choice instead of dismissing it outright.
Back in the Chavan family, Mukta grows weary of Lakshmi’s constant taunts and begs her to stop, admitting she feels exhausted. Teju, hurt and frustrated, questions why no one objected when Neil took them to the temple but now everyone has turned against them. Satish snaps at her for daring to speak against the elders. Deepali, who had always supported Mukta before, now takes a different stand. She reminds Mukta that despite opposition, she always defended her, but this time she believes Mukta is wrong. Mukta is stunned to hear Deepali’s change of heart. Deepali explains that from her perspective, Neil ignored Juhi completely when he arrived and only paid attention to Mukta’s family, which makes the situation unfair.
Later, Satish makes an announcement: he will arrange Teju’s marriage with someone of his own choosing. Sonali and Omi immediately support him. Teju, however, stands firm and refuses, insisting she has the right to pursue her own dreams and will not give them up. The Chavan family lashes out at her defiance. Juhi and Aditi quickly take Teju inside to calm her down and prevent the matter from spiraling further.
At the same time, Manjari brings Neil chocolate ice cream and gently encourages him to open up about what is troubling him. Teju quietly asks Mukta if she has made her stance clear to the family—that she does not want this marriage. Mukta nods, saying she has told them, but they simply refuse to listen.
