Lost In Love 2nd August 2025 Written Update
Teju tries calling Rituraj, but it’s Neil who picks up the call. Introducing himself as Rituraj’s brother, Neil politely asks if the matter is urgent. Before Teju can respond, Rituraj snatches the phone and speaks directly with her. Teju informs him of his father’s passing. Stunned, Rituraj demands to know what happened, but Teju speaks ambiguously, saying the person who was meant to leave has already gone, and no explanation will change that. She apologizes for disturbing him and abruptly ends the call. Rituraj, visibly upset, hurls his phone aside. Neil, worried, asks what’s wrong. Rituraj explains that a close friend’s father has died and she wants him to be present, but he refuses to go, stating that his work commitments outweigh personal obligations.

At Lakshmi’s home, Aditi is inconsolable, grieving her father’s death. Neighbors try to comfort her while expressing their shock over Mohit’s actions. Lakshmi reflects aloud that she always knew Mohit held resentment toward her, but only now does she understand its depth. Mohit’s mother, consumed by grief, lashes out at Lakshmi for focusing on betrayal rather than mourning her husband. Lakshmi calmly responds that she wouldn’t understand her pain and warns that if Mohit’s second family moves in, she will leave the house. Mohit’s mother coldly tells her no one is stopping her. Lakshmi retorts that she would have already gone if it weren’t for Aditi. Hearing this, Aditi breaks down and begs Lakshmi to just leave.
Meanwhile, Mohit’s father arrives at Mukta’s home with Deepali and Santosh, heartbroken over his son’s death. Mukta greets him respectfully, bending down to touch his feet. Confused, he asks who she is. Teju introduces Mukta as her mother and explains that they were the ones who informed him. Overcome with emotion, Mohit’s father blames Mukta for what happened. Teju steps in firmly, acknowledging their sorrow but defending her mother, saying it’s unfair to blame Mukta as they too are mourning Mohit. Amidst the tense exchange, Mohit’s father turns his gaze toward Vedant.
UPCOMING
Lakshmi vows to make life miserable for Mukta and her children in the house. Meanwhile, Teju tells Satish she forgot her phone at home and asks if they can go back to get it. Satish replies that they’ve already left and begins sharing his thoughts about everything that’s happened.
