As Neil steps into the house, Leena halts him at the door and performs a ritual to ward off the evil eye. Vinod can’t help but joke about it, pointing out that Leena always does such things only for Neil and never for him. Leena brushes off his teasing with a humorous response, leaving everyone in good spirits. Meanwhile, Nandini excitedly informs Neil that they’ve fixed his marriage. She adds that the bride’s family hails from Ganeshpath, and the moment Neil hears that, his thoughts immediately drift to Mohit. Though the family encourages him to meet the girl, Neil seems distracted and deep in thought, clearly unsettled by the news.
The next morning, Mukta gently wakes Mohit and reminds him about his hospital check-up. Mohit dismisses her concern, saying he’s perfectly fine and doesn’t need it. But Mukta firmly reminds him that Neil himself instructed them to get the check-up done once they were back in Amaravati. Mohit notices that she’s wearing the same saree he gifted her in Kolkata and comments on it fondly. When she confirms it’s the same one, he suggests she wear a Gajra with it, saying it would enhance her look. Mukta smiles and hands him the Gajra, and he carefully tucks it into her hair, a tender moment passing between them.

Mohit suddenly grows serious and tells Mukta there’s something important he needs to tell her. He pleads with her not to take it the wrong way. Mukta assures him that she trusts him no matter what. Just as he’s about to speak about Aditi and Lakshmi, Teju appears, unintentionally cutting the moment short. She informs Mohit that his appointment with the doctor has been scheduled for the next day. Mohit objects, saying he wants to leave for Nagpur, but Teju gently reminds him of their past concerns about his health and urges him to complete the check-up first. Mohit gives in and assures her that he’s fine, while Mukta excuses herself to go conduct a class.
Later, Mohit confides in Teju, expressing his deep wish to see her become a great singer. He emotionally tells her that he won’t die until she fulfills that dream, and makes her promise she’ll do everything it takes to make it come true. Teju, touched by his words, promises him earnestly.
