Satish tells Sonali that rejecting Mukta and her children will only bring shame to their family. Sonali’s husband agrees, wanting to avoid any drama in front of outsiders. But Lakshmi warns that real trouble will start the moment Mukta and her children enter their home. She confronts Mukta, accusing her of ruining another woman’s marriage and then shamelessly showing up afterward. Mukta insists she had no idea about Mohit’s other marriage, but Lakshmi refuses to believe her. Deepali tries to defend Mukta, but Lakshmi won’t listen.

Sonali’s husband steps in, scolding Lakshmi and blaming her for never making Mohit happy. Their argument grows heated, and he tells Lakshmi that she can leave if she’s unhappy. Lakshmi refuses, reminding them it was their family who chose her for Mohit in the first place. She stands firm, declaring that she and her daughter won’t be denied their rights. Satish reassures Lakshmi that she is still Mohit’s wife and says accepting Mukta is necessary to avoid society’s judgment. Sonali reluctantly agrees—not because she wants to, but to protect the family’s reputation. Lakshmi remains bitter, throwing another harsh remark their way.
Trying to ease the tension, Aditi comforts Mukta and Tejaswini and gently asks the child’s name. When Tejaswini introduces herself, Aditi warmly reassures her. But Lakshmi snaps at Aditi, calling her foolish. Aditi smiles and accepts it, saying Mohit loved her just as she is. She then openly welcomes Mukta and Tejaswini into the house, showing her acceptance.
Meanwhile, Neil visits Mohit’s home, only to find the family has already left for Nagpur. He leaves his card, asking to be kept updated. Back home, Neil tells his family he missed meeting Mohit’s relatives. Leena reminds him about a meeting with a potential bride, but Neil pulls her aside and asks if they can cancel those plans.
