Teju sits quietly, lost in memories of Mohit, when Aditi notices her and gently asks if she’s thinking about him. Teju nods, and Aditi, trying to comfort her, offers a cup of tea. Just as their conversation begins to touch on Mohit, Lakshmi storms in, eyes on the tea glass. She knocks it from Teju’s hand in frustration and coldly orders her to finish washing the clothes first. Teju hesitantly asks if there’s a washing machine she can use, but Lakshmi mocks her for expecting convenience, saying she must wash them by hand like everyone else. Soon after, Deepali calls everyone for breakfast and invites Teju to join them. But Lakshmi immediately steps in and lays down a condition—Teju can only eat after completing all her chores. She bitterly rants about how she has given everything to the family and, in return, has only been betrayed. Declaring that she will no longer do any household work, Lakshmi leaves Teju with the burden of responsibilities.

Teju admits that she isn’t skilled in housework because she’s always focused on her education. Mukta steps in to defend her daughter, reminding Lakshmi that Teju has important exams coming up. But Lakshmi shuts her down, firmly stating that Teju will no longer continue her studies. She blames Mukta and Teju for Aditi not completing her own education. Aditi, hurt, clarifies that she herself had trouble keeping up academically and asks Lakshmi to stop blaming them for everything. The argument heats up until Sonali intervenes. She acknowledges that while education is important, Teju must also learn how to manage household duties.
Meanwhile, at Neil’s house, Leena tries to get Neil to eat with the family. He initially refuses, saying he’s busy with work, but she insists and makes him sit at the dining table. Neil sits down reluctantly but remains distant and silent, which clearly upsets her. Later, in the kitchen, Leena opens up to Vinod about how concerned she is about Neil’s cold behavior. Vinod advises her to give Neil some time to heal and adjust, but Leena has other plans. She insists that the best way forward is to move ahead with Neil’s marriage to Juhi and asks Vinod to call Satish to arrange the meeting.
In the background, Deepali and Prajakta excitedly tease Juhi about her possible future with Neil. Taking Leena’s suggestion seriously, Vinod calls Satish and confirms a wedding meeting for Sunday, setting the next chapter in motion.
