Teju sits down at the harmonium and begins to sing one of Mohit’s favorite melodies, her voice gentle and full of emotion. Mohit immediately recognizes the tune and, touched by the gesture, asks if she’s trying to win his forgiveness through the song. Teju smiles and admits that she sang it for him—not just to ask for forgiveness, but because she knows how his anger can affect his health and make Mukta worry. Hearing their exchange, Vedant lightens the moment with a teasing comment, drawing a chuckle from the room. Meanwhile, back at Neil’s house, the family gathers around him with a list of eligible brides. Rituraj and the others encourage him to pick one and move on with his life. But Neil is distant, clearly still struggling with his unresolved feelings for Aparajita—Teju. The suggestion of marriage only makes him more uneasy. With a weary sigh, he tells them he’s running late for work and rushes off. Leena, noticing his reluctance, questions him gently. After all, the only reason they started looking for matches was because he had given his consent. Neil admits that he hasn’t been sleeping well and asks them to wait until he returns from his trip to Kolkand. Though disappointed, Leena agrees to give him more time.

Elsewhere, Rituraj calls Teju. They talk casually at first, with Teju recounting how she barely got home safely the previous night and was helped by a kind driver. Rituraj, eager to see her again, asks when they can meet next. Teju, however, knows her parents won’t allow it. Rituraj offers to come visit her instead, but she reminds him that being a public figure in Amaravati makes it impossible to keep such visits private. They settle on a video call. Teju hesitates, worried about her parents catching her, but Rituraj brushes aside her fears. As the call continues, he sings a heartfelt song and then gathers the courage to confess his love. Teju, overwhelmed by his words, finally confesses her feelings as well, telling him she loves him too.
Soon after, Teju and her family reach Kolkand. As they walk through the serene surroundings, Teju notices a baby bird that’s fallen from its nest. Without a second thought, she climbs the tree, carefully places the bird back in its nest, and then calls out softly to the mother bird. Her small act of compassion doesn’t go unnoticed. Later, Mohit asks her about it, and Teju explains why she couldn’t leave the bird in danger. Touched, Mohit praises her, saying it comforts him to know she’ll be strong enough to handle life even after he’s gone. His words shake Teju, and she immediately turns to Mukta, asking her to scold Mohit for speaking about his death. Mukta, ever the peacemaker, responds with a playful remark to diffuse the tension.
Around the same time, Neil also arrives in Kolkand. In an unexpected turn, he crosses paths with Teju’s family, setting the stage for a fateful reunion neither of them had seen coming.

Her world comes crashing down when she gets a sudden call informing her that her father has been rushed to the hospital. Panicked, she calls Rituraj, desperate for comfort, but he coldly replies that he has a concert to attend and ends the call without hesitation. At the hospital, a frail Mohit expresses a final wish—that Teju marry Neil.
