The episode continues as the doctor comes out of the operation theatre. Savi immediately asks him about Isha’s condition. The doctor tells her that although the surgery is over, there’s a complication—a blood clot has formed in Isha’s brain due to the accident. He explains that they can only treat it if Isha wakes up soon. If not, there’s a serious risk of her going into a coma. Everyone is left stunned by the news. The doctor leaves the room quietly. Mrunmayi starts crying, and Savi comforts her while Rajat stands by Shantanu, offering support.

Soon after, a nurse hands over Isha’s belongings to Savi. She spots Lucky’s laptop among them and grows suspicious. Savi tells Harini that Isha might have discovered something upsetting on the laptop. She tries to open it but stops when the police arrive to ask questions about the hit-and-run accident. A while later, the Thakkar family also reaches the hospital.
Inside Isha’s hospital room, Rajat urges the police inspector to find the person responsible as soon as possible. The inspector promises to do his best and leaves. A nurse then asks all the family members to step outside, saying only one person can stay with Isha. Rajat asks Savi to remain with her while the rest go to pray in the hospital’s temple.
Left alone with Isha, Savi pleads with her to wake up. Bhagyashree then walks in and starts speaking to Isha in a harsh tone, trying to provoke her emotionally to get a response. The nurse interrupts and tells Bhagyashree to leave, reminding her that patients in such conditions can’t hear anything. As Bhagyashree turns to leave, Savi notices Isha’s fingers slightly move. She stops Bhagyashree and tells her that Isha is showing signs of response.
Encouraged, Bhagyashree continues speaking—this time threatening that she will throw Sai and Savi out of the house. Meanwhile, Rajat and the rest of the family are praying for Isha’s health in the temple. Bhagyashree’s words seem to work—Isha opens her eyes. Savi quickly calls for the nurse to bring the doctor. When he arrives, he checks Isha and is amazed, calling it a miracle.
As Isha slowly tries to speak, Savi requests that her oxygen mask be removed. The doctor agrees. Isha makes an effort to say something and mentions Lucky’s name—but before she can finish, she starts to feel dizzy again. The doctor quickly stops any further questions, asking the family not to disturb her and requests everyone to leave the ward.
In another scene, Sai and Vansh are seen praying for Isha’s recovery. Back in the hospital, Bhagyashree is confused about why Isha mentioned Lucky’s name. She calls Tara and asks if she knows anything. Tara says she doesn’t, but warns Bhagyashree to contact Lucky immediately, reminding her that Rajat won’t forgive him if he had anything to do with Isha’s condition.
Later, Savi and Rajat ask the doctor about Isha taking Lucky’s name. The doctor says it might be something important and advises that they gather her medical history to continue proper treatment. Savi agrees to fetch it from home, and Rajat tells her to be careful while going.
