He tells her everything and urges her to come to the hospital immediately. Alarmed, Isha quickly informs Shantanu about Savi’s accident. Bhagyashree, equally concerned, asks what happened, but Isha, overwhelmed with emotion, snaps at her to stay quiet. Sai, overhearing the commotion, becomes worried and asks if her mother is hurt. Isha remains silent and leaves hurriedly with Shantanu, while Bhagyashree tries to reassure the young girl, hiding her own fears behind a calm front.

At the hospital, Rajat is seen wandering aimlessly, clearly agitated and restless. Raju calls and informs him that Savi has been admitted to the city hospital. Without wasting a moment, Rajat rushes there, only to be intercepted by Anubhav. The tension between them flares instantly. Rajat tries to assert his right, saying, “Savi is my wife.” But Anubhav coldly throws his words back at him, reminding him how he once doubted her character and pushed her to the point of divorce. He warns Rajat to stay away from Savi, declaring that he—Anubhav—has stood by her since childhood and won’t let someone who hurt her near her now. Their confrontation escalates into a full-blown argument. Tempers rise. Collars are grabbed. A scene unfolds right there in the hospital hallway until a doctor steps in to break up the fight and reminds Anubhav of the urgent need for blood for Savi.
Without waiting for anyone, Anubhav calls his team to arrange for AB-negative blood. Rajat tries to help but is ignored. He insists that he still cares for Savi, but Anubhav isn’t having it. He points out that Rajat doesn’t even know her blood group. Furious, Anubhav lashes out, accusing Rajat of crushing Savi’s dreams. He reveals that Savi wanted to become an IAS officer and struggled all alone after losing her parents—while Rajat, the man who should’ve known her best, remained completely clueless. In his rage, Anubhav calls Rajat the worst person he’s ever met, saying Savi knew every detail about Rajat, yet he didn’t even know her blood type. Just then, his team arrives with the needed blood. When Rajat realizes it’s AB-negative—his own blood type—he offers to donate it himself. But Anubhav flatly refuses. “Savi doesn’t need your help,” he says coldly.
Soon, Isha and the rest of the family arrive at the hospital, hearts pounding. They anxiously ask about Savi’s condition. Anubhav gently takes Isha aside to have her sign the surgery consent form, since Savi is legally separated and has no one else. Moments later, the doctor returns with devastating news—Savi’s condition is extremely critical, and her chances of survival are slim. The family is shattered. Isha is overwhelmed by grief and fury. She turns on Rajat, accusing him of destroying her daughter’s life. Shantanu, equally devastated, expresses deep regret for ever agreeing to Savi’s marriage with Rajat. With a trembling voice, he vows that if anything happens to her, he will never forgive Rajat. Even Raju, usually calm, loses his patience. He scolds Rajat harshly and tells him to leave the hospital.
Left standing alone, Rajat is consumed by guilt. He recalls all the times he had humiliated Savi, his harsh words now echoing in his mind like cruel reminders. Just then, he gets a call from Sai. The innocent girl, unaware of the gravity of the situation, sweetly asks to speak with her mother. Rajat lies and tells her that Savi is resting. Sai then asks him to tie a sacred thread on Savi’s wrist, believing that it will help her recover. Touched by her pure faith, Rajat silently resolves to honor her request. The weight of everything finally begins to sink in.
