Teju reaches the railway station only to discover that her train to Amaravati has been canceled, leaving her uncertain about her next move. The only option she can think of is to catch a bus instead, but the thought fills her with anxiety, making her question if this is some kind of karmic consequence for lying to her parents. As she looks around for help, she spots a man passing by and asks him for directions to the bus stand. When he asks where she’s headed, she replies simply, “Amaravati.” The man offers to give her a lift, but something about him sets off alarm bells in her mind. Sensing danger, she quickly refuses and tries to walk away, but he starts following her, making her feel threatened and unsafe. Just then, Neil drives by and notices the trouble Teju is in. Without hesitation, he stops his car, gets out, and confronts the man. Upon seeing Neil, the man flees, leaving Teju visibly relieved. She thanks Neil warmly, explaining that she was trying to find the bus stand. Neil offers to drive her there and reassures her that if she ever feels uneasy, she can send his photo to her family for safety. Teju declines the offer to share his photo but accepts the ride, grateful for his kindness. As they drive, she thanks him again, feeling a bit safer in his company.

Trying to make conversation, Teju asks Neil about his job, mentioning that she had seen him in Nagpur and later in Trimbak. Neil casually says he had just dropped someone off there. Teju assumes he is a driver and carries on talking, not realizing her mistake. Neil, amused by her assumption, doesn’t correct her, letting the conversation flow naturally. Noticing that Teju is still worried about how she’ll get home, Neil decides to check the bus schedule for Amaravati. When he finds out that the last bus has already left, Teju’s anxiety worsens. Not wanting her to be distressed, Neil kindly offers to take her all the way to Amaravati himself. Teju hesitates at first, worried that the car might belong to Neil’s boss and unsure about accepting the offer. Sensing her discomfort, Neil reassures her gently and asks if she feels comfortable with him driving her home. At the same time, Teju worries about how her parents will react and how Sammy might explain her absence.
Back at home, Mohit and Mukta question Sammy about why Teju went to Nagpur alone. Sammy tries to cover up for her, but Mohit is unconvinced and sternly warns Sammy that if she doesn’t tell the truth, he will have no choice but to involve the police.

Teju prays fervently, hoping that Rituraj will love her as deeply as she loves him. Her prayer is interrupted when she receives shocking news that her father has been hospitalized. In a panic, she calls Rituraj for help, but he brushes her off coldly, saying he has a concert to attend, and abruptly ends the call. At the hospital, Mohit quietly wishes that Teju would marry Neil, hoping this would bring some stability to her life.
