The episode opens with Savi behind the wheel, silently praying to God for help in resolving the scam involving Shantanu and Milind. Meanwhile, Isha is trying to reach Savi on the phone, but Savi doesn’t notice the call since her phone is on silent mode. Worried, Isha contacts Harini instead and asks her to hand the phone to Savi. Harini informs her that Savi had already called earlier and mentioned she was caught in traffic. Isha then tells Harini to keep Savi there, as she plans to meet her in person. Harini agrees.
In another scene, Lucky is partying with his friends when he suddenly receives a phone call that shocks him. He tells his friends that if his brother finds out about this, he’ll be furious, and he must make sure it doesn’t happen.
Somewhere else in the city, Isha is seen walking along a road with Lucky’s laptop in her hand, heading toward Andheri. Just then, a car comes out of nowhere and hits her.
Back at Rajat’s place, Bhagyashree calls and tells Rajat to come home soon, reminding him that he and his wife need to participate in the Pooja ceremony. Rajat agrees, but he’s puzzled about where Savi has gone. As he steps out of his car due to a traffic jam, he overhears that there’s been an accident nearby. As he moves closer, he spots Lucky’s laptop on the ground—and to his shock, realizes that the injured woman is Isha. Without wasting time, he rushes her to the hospital.
Harini, unaware of the accident, calls Savi. Savi answers and says she’s on her way, asking Harini to bring the gifts outside since she needs to head to the Lakshmi Pooja. Harini then mentions Isha’s earlier call and tells her to try reaching out. When Savi calls, Rajat answers the phone and informs her about Isha’s accident, urging her to come to the hospital immediately.
At the hospital, Rajat quickly admits Isha and the doctors take her into the operation theatre. Soon after, Savi arrives and asks Rajat how Isha is doing. Rajat comforts her, saying Isha will be fine. Overcome with emotion, Savi hugs him tightly. Other family members begin to arrive, and Milind asks Rajat about Isha’s condition. Rajat explains that she’s in critical condition but asks them not to inform Shantanu just yet. Milind replies that Shantanu is already at the hospital reception, as they told him a friend of Isha’s had an accident. Savi begins to panic, unsure of how to explain the truth to Shantanu.
Shantanu attempts to call Isha, but her phone is off, which only makes him more anxious. Rajat goes to talk to him, but Shantanu notices the blood on Rajat’s clothes and immediately grows alarmed. Rajat gently tells him the truth—Isha was in the accident and is now being treated. Shantanu is devastated by the news. Rajat tries to calm him down, promising that Isha will recover and that he’ll find out who caused the accident. He encourages Shantanu to stay strong, especially for Savi’s sake.
Seeing how shaken Savi is, Shantanu pulls himself together and goes to her. He hugs her and assures her that Isha is a strong woman who will get through this. Savi nods, trying to hold back tears, clinging to Rajat’s promise. Shantanu tells her to pray to Bappa for strength and healing, and Savi agrees.
Just then, the doctor emerges from the operating room. Savi runs up to him, desperate for news. The doctor smiles and says the surgery was successful… but—
