Today’s episode unfolds with high drama inside the courtroom. Jagtap takes the stand and firmly accuses Ashika of causing Isha’s accident. He appeals to the judge, urging him to punish Ashika without mercy. Ashika’s lawyer, Dharam, quickly steps in and offers a different angle—he suggests that Isha’s accident could have been influenced by the medication she takes for panic attacks. He then requests the court’s permission to cross-examine Isha.
The judge agrees and calls Isha to the witness stand. Savi watches emotionally, her eyes welling up. Before the cross-examination can begin, Rajat steps forward and stops it. He declares that Isha was mentally and physically fit at the time of the accident. The judge sees the conflict and gives Rajat and his legal team ten minutes to finalize their position privately.
During the break, Dharam reveals something surprising—he says that Isha herself had requested to use her condition as a shield so that Rajat and Savi’s relationship wouldn’t worsen. Rajat is stunned by her sacrifice and feels overwhelmed with guilt. He then tells Dharam to withdraw the case entirely, refusing to drag his family through more pain. The judge then adjourns the case for the next and final hearing.
Outside the court, tensions continue. Rajat tells Dharam that they now need solid evidence to prove Ashika’s innocence. At the same time, Ashika spots Aman and confronts him for going against Rajat. Aman, however, refuses to back down. He explains that he’s actually helping Rajat—and trying to save Rajat and Savi’s marriage. He bluntly tells Ashika he doesn’t owe her any answers. When Rajat joins the conversation, Aman tells him that he will one day realize his mistake—and regret it. Savi watches everything from a distance.
Rajat offers Savi a ride home, but she coldly refuses, reminding him that he has already walked away from her once.
Later, as Savi walks alone, Jigar pulls up in his car and begins harassing her. Before things escalate, Rajat arrives and fiercely beats up Jigar in a fit of rage, injuring his own hand in the process. Aman and others rush to pull Rajat away. Ignoring Savi’s protests, Rajat grabs her hand and forces her into his car, saying firmly that she is still his wife.
During the drive, the mood shifts. Savi, despite being upset, notices Rajat’s bleeding hand and quietly tends to his wound. She takes the driver’s seat and brings them home. At home, she is surprised to find out that Rajat had already called a doctor for Isha—despite her earlier harsh words towards him.
Meanwhile, Ashika has a disturbing nightmare about Kiyaan. Arsh notices her distress and taunts her sarcastically, saying that early morning dreams often come true. His comment leaves Ashika uneasy.
The next morning brings relief. Rajat obtains CCTV footage that clears Ashika of all blame in Isha’s accident. He immediately shares the news with her, and she breathes a sigh of relief.

Ashika runs to Rajat for help. Savi overhears their conversation—and learns the devastating truth: Kiyaan caused Isha’s accident. Furious, she warns Ashika that if anything happens to her daughter Sai, she will not spare her.
