Leena rushes to his side, splashing water on his face, but Neil remains unconscious. In his delirium, he mumbles Tejaswini’s name, softly calling her “Aparajita,” using the secret nickname so that no one suspects the truth. Alarmed by his worsening state, the Pradhan family rushes him to the hospital without wasting another moment.

At the hospital, Vinod phones Satish to deliver the grim update. He explains that Neil’s fever has spiked dangerously to 104°F and that his condition is critical. Satish tries to stay hopeful, insisting Neil will recover before the engagement. But Vinod disagrees, stressing that Neil is in no state to participate and suggesting that the ceremony be postponed.
Satish, unwilling to let the situation ruin the plans, proposes holding a small family-only engagement instead. Vinod firmly refuses, pointing out Neil’s failing health. When Satish worries about how Omi will react, Vinod assures him he will speak to Omi himself. Reluctantly, Satish hands him the phone before returning home to deliver the news.
Back at home, Satish’s announcement shocks everyone—Neil’s engagement is postponed. Lakshmi, Mukta, and Teju immediately press him for answers, and Satish reveals Neil’s illness. Lakshmi wastes no time placing the blame on Teju, accusing her of exhausting Neil by dragging him around the city. Satish echoes her sentiment, siding against Teju. But Aditi steps forward in Teju’s defense, insisting she had no role in Neil’s condition.
Just then, Omi updates the family that the Pradhans have decided to merge the engagement with the wedding day instead. Satish accepts this decision but once again points fingers at Mukta and Teju, blaming them for the setback. Prajakta, irritated by the constant blame game, reminds him that instead of quarreling, he should be checking on Neil. Finally, Satish agrees and decides to visit the hospital with Juhi. When Mukta asks to join, Lakshmi makes a bitter remark, mocking Teju and Juhi by saying that if both go together, it will turn into a contest over who loves Neil more—adding sarcastically that Teju would win because of her flair for drama.
Initially, Satish refuses to take Teju along, but Juhi pleads on her behalf. Reluctantly, Satish allows it. At the hospital, Vinod instructs Rituraj to return home and fetch Neil’s medical file. On his way out, Rituraj unknowingly crosses paths with Teju.
Inside, Satish greets the Pradhan family and anxiously inquires about Neil’s health. Aditi, Juhi, and Teju then step into Neil’s room. Aditi gently wakes him, greeting him with warmth. Teju follows and asks softly how he is feeling. To her shock, Neil responds coldly, questioning why it even matters to her. Hurt by his words, Teju challenges his tone, leaving tension in the room. Meanwhile, outside, Vinod and Satish sit with the doctor, desperately hoping for some reassuring news about Neil’s condition.
